House rules :
- We recommend moderate use of hot water to avoid not fully enjoying the balneotherapy.
- Out of respect for the neighbors, the bubbles and water jets of the balneotherapy automatically turn off at 10:00 PM and reactivate at 8:15 AM.
- Please STRICTLY respect the maximum water level of the balneotherapy: the level is indicated by a mark on the tub.
- The accommodation must be returned in a clean state, dishes washed, trash taken out, and fridge emptied. You are staying in an old building with wooden floors: noise travels easily.
-The Donuts swing of the room supports a maximum weight of 110 kg.
-The egg hanging lounge chair supports a maximum weight of 100 kg.
Use of internet connection:
The traveler agrees to comply with laws regarding downloads and website visits. In case of request by the competent authorities, we will provide the contact details of the traveler who used the connection.
The following are prohibited :
- Noise pollution beyond 10:00 PM
- Smoking in the accommodation
- Wild festivals

The accommodation is equipped with a sound level sensor located in the main room (living room-kitchen) (without recording or intrusion into your privacy). In case the noise level exceeds the limit, I will be alerted and can intervene. If any of the following rules or unusual activities are observed, it will result in the withholding of the deposit or even the termination of the stay.
We recommend using hot water in moderation and therefore setting the balneotherapy temperature using the mixer tap to 35°, as recommended by the supplier, otherwise you may not be able to fully enjoy its features.
The use of greasy substances, oils (body, food, essential, etc.) or any product that may stain or damage the bed linen is strictly prohibited.
Any stained or damaged linen will be charged at the replacement cost.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
