Once I paid my money to book the stay they send me confirmation and at bottom it say you will have to pay $245.89 for a resort fee wtf you mean a resort fee that wasn't started before I paid my money

This is total fraud, first they send you the confirmation, but then they say that you need to provide "ceritificate of the ownership of the card" (this is the first time I hear something like this), and then REFUSE TO REFUND.
