I HAVE BOOKED VIA amimir 3 times now and never disappointed 10/10

2nd time booking with thus website and all very easy. Competitive prices too.

I had a reservation through your app in serenity alma heights hurghada all inclusive after 3 days i contacted the hotel to make sure the booking is confirmed they informed me there is no such booking under my name or with the booking id and they dont deal with your app please i need assistance

Stay far away from this service as possible. I searched google maps for hotels and I ended up selecting a hotel that Amimir was partners with. The price was enticing. After paying with google pay, the day before my trip, they send me an email stating that their compliance department needed me to upload an image of my credit card and passport, otherwise they were going to keep my money and cancel the reservation. I've never had to upload such documents ever with any online travel sites. This felt like a scam. So I called my credit card company and they advised me not to upload personal data and image of my credit card. In addition, I asked Chatgpt and the response was alarming. It said that it most certainly is a scam. I have a feeling that even if I complied and shared my personal data, they would have rejected it like many others that have reported the same experience here. They create a sense of urgency by presenting the issue the day before the trip. Seems like a pattern based on what I've read. It's very surprising that they are still in business and that the authorities have not shut them down. My credit card company said that they will stand behind me 100% to dispute the charges.

Very easy and clear process to book an hotel in Rome. I found the cheapest option here compared to other booking platforms. It was very clear that there were tourist taxes to be paid directly to the hotel while it wasn't that clear on other booking platforms. Excellent experience overall.

I give this site a big fat zero I was searching for a hotel and I came across magnificent Mile downtown Chicago. I picked the dates 29th 30th 31st and the price came out to $39. Once I paid my money to book the stay they send me confirmation and at bottom it say you will have to pay $245.89 for a resort fee wtf you mean a resort fee that wasn't started before I paid my money

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The employés were all very kind and helpfull. The room was clean and looked nice and also the restaurant. We liked the breakfast, there was a lot of variation to eat. Definitely recommend this place!

not good for me. Everything went well with the reservation, I've made the payment and I can see the transaction on my credit card but for some reason amimir keeps sending me emails asking me to pay the balance - which is zero

Recently booked Albufeira for a group of 12 and Amimir was the cheapest option! I wasn’t so sure as I had never heard of the website before but everything went completely smooth!

Booking on the Amimir.com website is very easy and clear. To confirm my booking, I first contacted Amimir directly by phone and immediately spoke with a very friendly lady who helped me perfectly with answers to my questions.

In my opinion: 10 out of 10. Why? 1. Proximity to the sea (visible from the window). 2. Quiet at night, no one disturbs my sleep, excellent mattress. 3. Excellent ventilation in the apartment. At 28 degrees, it was cool. No need to turn on the air conditioner. You breathe natural air, not artificial. 4. Proximity to two supermarkets: an expensive Crai 100 meters away and a budget Eurospin 400 meters away. 5. Excellent internet.

Booking was quite easy and during my stay everything went as expected without any surprisesz

Warning! This is total fraud, first they send you the confirmation, but then they say that you need to provide "ceritificate of the ownership of the card" (this is the first time I hear something like this), and then REFUSE TO REFUND. In other words, it's an organized crime. I will denounce them to Spanish authorities ASAP, I can't believe a Spanish established company can behave this way.
