Any damage to the property, or items found to be missing when the property is inspected after check-out, will be deducted from the deposit. Furniture is not to be moved within the apartment to reduce the likelihood of damage to the apartment and its contents. • If additional undeclared guests are found to have been allowed to stay, or if a guest loses the key set, we reserve the right to change the locks and key set at a charge of £200.
