          This hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, in the small town of Rus, on the road from Canena to Arquillos. The largest nearby city is Jaén, and is located at a distance of 30 kilometres. About a kilometre away is the Giribaile lake. This hotel opened in the year 2000 and is housed inside an old water tower, with two floors in which 11 rooms are distributed, one of them suite. It has an entrance hall with a reception area open 24 hours a day, as well as an à la carte restaurant. In the outdoor complex there is a playground for children to play and run around at ease. There is laundry service at the disposal of the guests. There are parking spaces available. The rooms, decorated and furnished with great taste, have a private bathroom. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, a hire safe and a minibar. Both air conditioning and heating are regulated centrally. A breakfast buffet is offered every morning, so that whatever you want can be served. At lunch and dinner you can choose a la carte. Some of the detailed services may be paid.           Solution provided in under 2 minutes
          There was a slight glitch during payment on the website. Call customer service who spoke perfect english, picked up the phone within 5 seconds, no AI, no waiting in line, no having to fight through cumbersome "menus". Customer support agent solved the problem on the phone within 2 minutes. Overall phenomenal experience. Keep up the great work.

          First experience with Amimir
          This is my first experience with Amimir. I am waiting my first hotel experience with a great excitement and the hotel was booked via Amimir. In overall, the booking procedure and list selection is easy-peasy and I hope that my further trust will just grow while I gather more and more experience with the platform.

          Booking A01402408 / 7719637. I honestly can't understand how this has become such a big issue. There are 8 of us on the booking and breakfast was only £7 extra in total. The problem was flagged to Amimir within minutes, yet after all this time their answer is basically that we should buy breakfast from the hotel ourselves, potentially for hundreds of pounds. They know exactly what happened and could put it right for a few pounds. Instead, they keep passing responsibility to an unnamed supplier. Really poor way to treat customers.

          It was my second experience for hotel…
          It was my second experience for hotel booking with this platform.And I was still a little worred,but everything went successfully. Booking process was fast,price was lower,than the competitors.I hope to use these services again next time.

          I’m one of a group of 8 people
          I’m one of a group of 8 people. The website showed breakfast as an extra £7 for the whole group. The booking I made included breakfast but once I paid the confirmation came in without breakfast being included. We contacted Amimir straight away (within 1 minute). Despite this they now say we have to pay for breakfast directly at the hotel, potentially costing us hundred’s of pounds. This is despite Amimir currently showing the bed and breakfast option for only a few more pounds than the room only option. Their refusal to resolve such a simple issue is very unprofessional. Beware if you go to book a room with breakfast. Very poor after service.

          Booking A01402408 / 7719637. I'm part of this group booking and have followed the whole issue. We intended to book breakfast, which was only £7 more for all 8 guests, and Amimir were contacted almost immediately when it wasn't included. Their solution is now for us to buy breakfast at the hotel, potentially costing hundreds, rather than honouring the virtually identical £7 difference advertised at the time. Amimir have repeatedly blamed their unnamed supplier instead of resolving it. Very poor customer service over what should be a £7 problem.
