A la salida dejamos olvidada una maleta en el armario de la habitación con juguetes de mi niña, llamamos a la hora de salir del hotel para avisar y casualmente ya no estaba.
Aún que no tenía mucho valor me pareció un gesto muy feo por parte de la persona que decidió cogerla.

This hotel leaves much to be desired, there is no spa, the rooms are falling apart, there is little water and non-functioning drains. The hotel has exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, very complete. The pools and Water Slides are great for both children and adults. The hotel staff is super friendly and always trying to please all our requests. The buffet service is very complete. A lot of variety of food and drinks, and all delicious. The pool bar and the other snack bar are perfect, it was great to have that available all day. The hotel's location is very good, with just a walk of less than 2 blocks we were already at the beach in the Mediterranean, a beautiful beach with clear water.
El hotel ha superado nuestras expectativas. Es hermoso, muy completo. Las piscinas y los toboganes genial para niños y adultos. El personal del hotel súper amable y siempre intentando de complacer todos nuestros pedidos. El servicio de buffet completísimo. Mucha variedad de comida y bebida, y toda riquísima. El bar de la piscina y el otro bar de snacks, perfectos, era genial tener todo el día eso a disposición.
La ubicación del hotel muy buena, con solo caminar menos de 2 calles ya estábamos en la playa en el Mediterráneo, una playa hermosa de agua transparente.

The location is exceptional, a stone's throw from the beach and with sea views.
The food was good and homemade.
The pool bar is a positive point.
The staff's treatment was good.

El trato del personal fue bueno.
The room cleaning could be improved.
The snacks included had a limited schedule (11:00 to 18:00) and you had to order them at the bar where they would make them for you (hot dogs, pizza, hamburgers, nuggets, and fries) instead of self-service; you had to wait in line for them.
The buffet was very limited, with only 6 dishes and quite repetitive, but what little there was tasted good.
The pool was only open until 7.
Rooms had defects and broken faucets.
They ran out of food and drinks.
There was no entertainment (out of the 5 days I was there, there was live music for only 3 days, for an hour and a half each).
The dining room had no air conditioning and was very hot.
La limpieza de las habitaciones podria mejorar.
Los snacks del todo incluido tenian un horario reducido(11:00 a 18:00) y tenias que pedirlo en la barra y alli te lo hacian ( perritos, pizza, hamburguesa, nuggets y patatas fritas) no es que tu vas y lo coges, tienes que hacer cola y que te lo hagan.
El buffet era muy escaso , 6 platos contados y bastante repetitivo , pero lo poco que habia estaba rico.
La piscina con horario abierta solo hasta las 7
Habitaciones con desperfectos y grifos rotos.
Se quedaban sin género de comida y bebidas
No tiene animación ( de 5 dias que fui solo 3 hubo cante en directo 1 hora y media)
En el comedor no hay aire y hacia mucho calor
