In-person check-in option: request 24 hours in advance and it will cost €40. • CHECK OUT: departure time is 11:00 a.m. At that time our cleaning service will access the apartment in order to have it ready for the next guest. On the day of your departure, the apartment must be delivered in good clean condition. All garbage must be removed from the apartment and deposited in the different containers on the street. -If the sofa or apartment requires special or extraordinary cleaning, the guest must pay a surcharge of €100 (+VAT). • CLEANING: You can request a cleaning of the apartment at any time 24 hours in advance of the requested date for an additional cost of €40. • We are not responsible for failures in the internet/wifi service. No claims or returns are allowed if you have stayed overnight.
