Comfortable and clean rooms, good food for both breakfast and dinner, great location as very close to slopes so makes it very easy. Not much else going on at Cerler village so I recommend the hotel for breakfast and dinner meals.
The rooms were a little too warm at night and my husband thought the bed was too hard for him but it was ok for me.

The shower in my room is extremely small (square, about 80 cm on each side), with a plastic curtain that clings to your body and an old-fashioned single-lever control for selecting the temperature. Because the shower is so small, moving the control causes the water to go from freezing cold to scalding hot. I think that these days it's essential for a shower to be a decent size, have a glass enclosure instead of a plastic curtain, and a thermostatic faucet, which are very inexpensive.
La ducha de mi habitación, extremadamente pequeña (cuadrada de unos 80 cm de lado), con una cortina de plástico que se te pega al cuerpo y con un mando para seleccionar la temperatura tipo monomando antiguo, que, al ser tan pequeña la ducha, al moverte lo mueves y el agua pasa a estar helada o a abrasarte. Creo que en estos tiempos es indispensable que la ducha tenga un tamaño adecuado, mampara en lugar de cortina de plástico y un grifo termostático, que son muy baratos.

The receptionist was curt, unhelpful, and almost rude. It was snowing heavily when we arrived, and when we called to ask for help, he was completely unhelpful (call a taxi! 😲).
