The Fürthermoar Gut enjoys a quiet location 2 km from the centre of Kaprun and the Maiskogel Ski Lift. A ski bus stop is right outside, and free WiFi is available. Guests enjoy free admission to the Tauern Spa Kaprun, 1 km away. In 2013, this 400-year-old farmhouse was completely rebuilt with natural materials, and some of the wood of the old farm house was reused for the interior. The modern and traditionally furnished apartments feature a balcony with mountain views, a flat-screen cable TV, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and an electric kettle. The closest restaurant is located 100 metres from Gut Fürthermoar, and a grocery shop can be reached in 10 minutes' walk. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning. The garden includes barbecue facilities and a playground for children. A ski storage room and free private parking are available on site. Hiking and biking trails start right at the doorstep Zell am See can be reached in 7 minutes by car, and the Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course is located 3 km from the Fürthermoar Gut.
