          The room was run-down and in need of a general makeover; the air conditioning was very noisy; there were water stains and a musty smell in the room; the staff wasn't very welcoming; pool hours were very limited; breakfast was very basic and not very tasty.

          Starting with the food — it was terrible, awful, there was a lack of everything, and the staff answered you rudely if you asked anything. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired: they didn’t change our towels or empty the bin, the phone didn’t work — it was just a prop. At reception they didn’t explain anything and one day a girl was on duty in her pyjamas. There was no evening entertainment at all, and I was very angry because everything is set up for foreigners; in the end those of us from the mainland will not go back — it’s awful.
          Empezando por la comida fatal mala faltaba de todo y el personal te contestaba de forma borde si preguntabas algo, la limpieza deja mucho que desear no nos cambiaron las toallas ni vaciaron la papelera el teléfono no funcionaba estaba allí de juguete en la recepción no te explicaban nada y un día una chica en pijama en la recepción no había ningún tipo de animación por la noche y muy cabreada porque todo está preparado para los extranjeros al final los que somos de la península no iremos fatal

          Tourist area, an older hotel, four stars but closer to three, which can be justified by the good price that would be typical of a three-star or even lower. In Ibiza a good four-star costs twice as much. For that reason the quality‑price ratio is very favourable.
          Zona turística, hotel maduro, 4 estrellas pero mas cerca de 3, que se puede justificar por el buen precio que seria propio de un 3 estrellas o incluso menos. En Ibiza uno de 4 bueno cuesta el doble. Por eso la relación calidad precio es muy ventajosa.
          With better maintenance and by not allowing some customers' bad behaviour, it would improve a lot.

          It’s located near the beach, in a quiet area. There’s a vacant lot next to the hotel where you can park.

          The bar service only ran during the pool hours, until 19:30h. After that, if you wanted a drink you had to leave the hotel. There was no entertainment at any time.

          For a four-star hotel it’s quite poor — I’d give it three stars. There wasn’t much variety at the buffet. Dinner were very early: 19:30 to 21:30.

          There was a lot of free space in the room, the mattresses were very comfortable and it was in the centre of Es Canar

          There were no utensils in the small kitchen, no plates, no glasses, nothing. There was no car park and the nearest spot was in a pine grove where I scratched the underside of my car on a stone. I waited two days for them to replace the hand towel.

          The food, although limited and repetitive, was good. Two days without juice because the machine broke down, and I only saw the oat milk once during the nine days I stayed. The hotel's entertainment was non-existent, and the pool and bar were open only until 7 pm — so you get back from the beach and they’re already closed. One of the lifts was always out of order and the other only fits two people. It’s not a four-star hotel; I’d say it’s barely three.
          La comida aunque muy poca variedad y repetitiva,estaba buena. Dos días sin zumo porque se había estropeado la máquina,y la che de avena solo la vi un día de nueve que pasé. Animación del hotel cero,sin animación y piscina y bar hasta las 7h.osea que llegas de la playa y ya te la encuentras cerrada. Uno de los ascensores siempre estropeado y solo caben dos personas.           The location is very good and the facilities are spacious, although they’re underused.

          We booked an APARTMENT but the kitchen was locked. We asked to use it to heat up jars and bottles for the baby, and they opened it, but there was only a microwave and a sink—no crockery or utensils of any kind. In the hotel dining room there was no air conditioning, which made eating there really unpleasant. The food was varied but the quantities were very small. If you didn't eat early, you couldn't try many things. It must have been a hotel with proper services in the past, but now it's completely wasted. There's a kids' club (closed), and a bar with a stage (now closes at 7pm). It doesn’t deserve either the stars it has or the price you pay for the room. We don’t recommend it for families with children.
          La reserva era en APARTAMENTO pero la cocina estaba cerrada con llave. Solicitamos su uso para calentar potitos y biberón de la bebé y la abrieron peor solamente había microondas y fregadero. Ni vajilla ni menaje de ningún tipo. En el comedor del hotel no había aire acondicionado y era muy desagradable comer así. La comida variada pero cantidades muy escasas. O comías pronto o no podías probar muchas cosas. En su día tuvo que ser un hotel con servicios pero ahora está totalmente desaprovechado. Hay un kid club (cerrado), bar con escenario (que ahora cierra a las 19h). No merece ni las estrellas que tiene, ni el precio que se paga por la habitación. No lo recomendamos con niños

          Cala Nova is quite close and it's very beautiful.

          It shouldn't be rated as 4 stars because both the facilities and the services they offer are quite disappointing. Overall, the room was rather neglected. The bathtub was all chipped, the balcony doors wouldn't close, and the sink basin was broken. The reception was full of buckets to collect the water dripping from the air conditioners. Also, there was no entertainment at all during the day. I would rate it as a basic 3-star hotel.
          No debería estar calificado con 4 estrellas ya que tanto las instalaciones como los servicios que ofrecen dejan bastante que desear. En general la habitación estaba bastante descuidada. La bañera estaba toda desconchada, las puertas de los balcones no cerraban y la pica del lavabo estaba rota. La recepción estaba llena de cubos para recoger el agua que caía de los aires acondicionados. Además no había ningún tipo de animación en todo el día. Lo calificaría como un 3 estrellas sencillito.

          The only good thing about the hotel was that the room we got was spacious, with a large bathroom and plenty of storage space, a minibar and a balcony. The hotel overall was bad and not worth the money paid.
          Del hotel lo único q sirvió es q la habitación q nos tocó era amplia, baño grande y espacios para guardar cosas con mini bar y con balcón. El hotel en general malo no merece el dinero q se paga.
          There are generally no services in this hotel, not even a single day or night of entertainment, the soft drinks at the bar are poor quality, and the pool and bar close at 7pm, when during the holidays they really should stay open until at least 9pm. The restaurant opens and closes very early, especially for dinner, but the worst thing is the food: there’s no variety, everything is bland, and there are very few options you actually want to eat. This hotel is only good if you’re coming to Ibiza just to rest. The location isn’t bad, but it’s not close to the beach either — you have to walk.
          No hay servicios en general en éste hotel ni un día o noche animación ninguna, los refrescos del bar de malas, la piscina y el bar cierran a las 19h cuando al menos en vacaciones debería ser mínimo a las 21h, el restaurante abre y cierra muy temprano sobre todo la cena pero lo peor es la comida, no hay variedad, está soso todo, pocas cosas sirven para comer, éste hotel sólo sirve si se va a Ibiza buscando descansar y la ubicación no está mal pero tampoco está cerca de la playa, hay q caminar..

          The customer service leaves a lot to be desired, they hardly explain anything to you. As for the dinner times, it's quite poor, they close at 21:30 and they're already trying to get you out with comments and dirty looks. The hotel is very much aimed only at foreign guests.

          It's perfect for a family and in a quiet area, with really beautiful coves. Away from the crowds. We went by car from Dénia and visited most of the coves.
