Very old apartment. Poor WIFI. Tiny entrance to the garage. I booked the apartment in Les Terrases del Tarter and they gave me another apartment completely different and worse than the one I paid for.

Good Hotel services were amazing! Close to ski station . The apartment was big, clean and cozy. Wifi connection is perfect! We had an amazing weekend in this apartment!

Very spacious and quiet. Excellent layout, with two separate bedrooms and plenty of storage space. Each bedroom also has its own fully-equipped bathroom.

We were given a larger apartment than the one we had booked. It had three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony with a view. The kitchen had a dishwasher, and there was also a laundry area with a washing machine. When we arrived, we decided to rent car park, and with all the snow, it was a good decision.

It seemed pleasant and functional. There were four of us and we weren't crowded at all. We had everything we needed for the week.

I'm writing to share my bad experience, especially with the service. On the day we left the accommodation, I forgot my coat in a wardrobe. To my surprise, when it was time to leave, I called reception and found the coat was gone. The accommodation refuses to take responsibility for the cleaning company; they just keep blaming each other. I find the service unbelievable, and it's incredible that they let the cleaning staff steal without any consequences. On top of that, when you report all the room's problems, like burnt-out light bulbs, windows that don't close, etc., they ignore it. It's a shame because it's well located, but I wouldn't stay there again.
Vengo a compartir mi mala experiencia sobre todo con el servicio, el día que salimos del alojamiento dejé olvidado un abrigo en un armario, mi sorpresa viene cuando a la hora de irnos llamo a recepción y el abrigo ya había desaparecido y el hospedaje no se hace cargo de la empresa de limpieza, se echan la culpa mutuamente, me parece increible el servicio y que dejen robar a los de la limpieza sin ninguna consecuencia, a esto sumarle que cuando les avisas de todos los desperfectos de la habitacion como bombillas fundidas, ventanas que no cierran etc, pasan del tema. Una pena porque está bien ubicado pero no repetiría
