Everything was done online, a few days before the landlord sent message via whatsapp to do the check-in: fill information about all hosts, pay 200 euros for caution (reverted when we left the apartment clean), and pay Andorra tourism tax. Then in the day before our arrival we got message from host with all the information: garage access code and parking number, apartment acess code and wifi passwords. This was great because we only arrived at 2am and we didn't need to talk to anyone. The wifi was fast. The heating was okay. The location is not the best but also not far from Canillo and El Tarter. Overall for the price it was a good place.
The car garage is outside the apartment building, there is no direct access (although it is very close). The parking spaces are small but possible to park with some caution (we drove a ford focus). There is no dedicated place to store skis, we ended up leaving them in the car and bringing only the boots to the apartment to dry. Regarding the kitchen, there were only 2 forks, so we needed to use spoons instead, and the electric stove although it works well it's hard to use. There is no oven or washing machine, or cooking essentials (like salt, olive oil, and pepper - we needed to buy those and leave them in the apartment). In the bathroom there was only 2 toilet paper rolls when we booked 4 persons for 4 nights. I asked for more and they told me I could go to Andorra la Vela to get them (25 minutes drive), and they would advice the cleaning team about toilet paper but they never brought more, we needed to go buy for ourselves and leave the rest at the apartment when we left. The hosts were able to communicate in English but it could be improved.

Excellent
The location was very convenient, close to all of Canillo's amenities and any point around the resort. The apartment had lovely views and floor-to-ceiling windows. It was spacious, had comfortable beds (we didn't use the sofa bed), and had everything we needed.
La ubicación, muy cómodo cerca de todos los servicios de Canillo y cualquier punto de la estación. El apartamento con vistas con ventanales muy agradables. Era espacioso, camas cómodas (el sofá cama no lo probamos) y tenía todo lo necesario.
Perhaps a bit expensive compared to similar rentals in previous years.
Quizá algo caro en comparación a alquileres similares en años anteriores.

I had been a short time ago and I said I would repeat and I have. Spacious apartment, well equipped and well located for skiing (very quiet, in an urbanization 2 km from the town of Canillo and 10 minutes from El Tarter). Good Wifi. Good parking. Había estado hacía poco tiempo y dije que repetiría y lo he hecho. Apartamento espacioso, bien equipado y bien situado para esquiar (muy tranquilo, en urbanización a 2 km del pueblo de Canillo y a 10 minutos de El Tarter). Buena Wifi. Buen parking. Proceso de llegada muy bueno (puedes llegar muy tarde y no hace falta tratar con nadie). Responden muy rápido y muy amables. Volveré a repetir :-)
I had already commented that the process of check-in and payment of the deposit is a bit cumbersome but if you already know it (as is my case) it goes much faster.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Correct cleaning. Good heating. Good situation in urbanization 2 km from the town of Canillo. Good Wifi. Good parking (you park badly in the area). Buenos utensilios de cocina (los cuchillos cortan bien y las sartenes no se pegan; para los muy cocinillas no hay horno ni batidora pero sí microondas que funciona muy bien). Responden rápido. Muy buen proceso de llegada si llegas muy tarde. Para repetir.
The deposit reservation process is a bit cumbersome and then it takes about 1 week to release the deposit (I imagine that it is not the fault of the landlord but it would be nice if they were notified so as not to be pending).
