Our award-winning loft designs allow you to be self-sufficient if you want to isolate yourself, and also feature fully-equipped kitchens, a living room (TV included), bathroom, and office space.. A selection of our Zoku Vienna Lofts are also equipped with beautiful balconies, so you can experience both the social buzz and relaxing serenity of this vibrant city, just a step outside. Zoku Vienna also has a fitness center on the first floor, perfect for long-term residents to keep fit on-site during their stay. Ride the elevator to the seventh floor rooftop, where our social spaces offer much more than a warm welcome. You'll find our cozy Kindred Spirits bar right in the heart of the Social Space, beneath a stunning green skylight, perfect for an energizing coffee during the day or an after-work cocktail while meeting your neighbours. Large comfortable sofas are scattered throughout the spacious and homey living room, combined with long communal tables, perfect for a more relaxed working environment or simply kicking back and enjoying the views.
