The guest house, set in a building dating from 1962, is 26 km from Area 47 and 38 km from Fernpass. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Certain units in the guest house have private entrance and are equipped with wardrobe and outdoor furniture. Some units include a terrace and/or a patio with mountain or river views. At the guest house, some units are allergy-free. A buffet, continental or vegetarian breakfast is available at the property. There is a coffee shop, and packed lunches are also available. Guests at the guest house will be able to enjoy activities in and around Zams, like cycling and walking tours. Ski-to-door access, a ski pass sales point and ski storage space are all provided at Skihütte Zams, and guests can go skiing in the surroundings. Golfpark Mieminger Plateau is 41 km from the accommodation, while Train Station Lermoos is 49 km away. Innsbruck Airport is 65 km from the property.
          Please note that in winter the Skihütte Zams is only reachable on the Venet Cable Car in Zams.
