          Located in the village of Candelaria, just 14km from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, this is the ideal hotel for a fun-filled holiday under the sun and in front of the sea.

          This establishment has a swimming pool, 24h reception to assist you when you need it, gym (can be paid), free wifi connection, and plenty of activities to do with the family.

          All rooms are spacious, and have everything you need to make your rest the best. In them you will find one or two beds, air conditioning, desk, television, safe (for a fee) and the bathroom is complete with shower or bathtub, hairdryer and amenities.

          The animation was fantastic, with games and activities going on all the time. The nightly shows were the best I've ever seen, wonderful. And the staff (everyone, waiters, entertainers, cleaners...) were the real gem of the hotel.

          The worst thing, without a doubt, is that it is very outdated and needs a major renovation. The pool water was freezing cold, which made it difficult to enjoy in the middle of January. The drinks were quite bad.

          Very old-fashioned hotel. It has one star too many, it is listed as four stars but it is a three and thank goodness. We booked a Premium room to be able to access the infinity pool and spa area, when we arrived they told us that we could not use these facilities as it was for Premium rooms and on an AI basis (we booked A/D). When we got to the room there was a large puddle of water in the area of the refrigerator, which did not work. In the bathroom we found several mini-cockroaches. Of course everything was aimed at international tourism (English) since 90% of the customers were of that nationality.
          Hotel muy anticuado. Le sobra una estrella, consta como cuatro estrellas pero es un tres y gracias. Reservamos habitación Premium para poder acceder a la piscina infinity y zona de Spa, cuando llegamos nos indican que no podemos hacer uso de esas instalaciones ya que es para habitaciones Premium y en régimen TI (nosotros reservamos A/D). Cuando llegamos a la habitación había un gran charco de agua en la zona del frigorífico, el cual no funcionaba. En el baño nos aparecieron varias mini-cucarachas. Por supuesto todo enfocado al turismo internacional (inglés) ya que el 90 % de los clientes eran de esa nacionalidad.

          The room we had looked old, the pillows were horrible, and the two pools that are outside the hotel close very early, at 5:00 p.m. Thank goodness the one inside the hotel closes at 20:00h.

          Despues de contratar el chollo, lei muchas reseñas malas acerca de ese hotel y ibamos con miedo de que nos ibamos a encontrar. Pero fue grata la sorpresa porque el hotel estaba mucho mejor de lo que nos haciamos idea. Con el chollo en conjunto estamos muy contentos: Avion todo correcto, 1 maleta facturada por persona incluida. Recogida y traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa, que ayuda mucho en el viaje perfecto y la estancia como dije contentos. bebidas incluidas y buffet con mucha variedad. Volvimos encantados con el viaje que se nos hizo cortisimo.
          el hotel era algo viejo y necesitaria cualquier dia de estos un poco de "chapa y pintura" pero el personal encantador y los servicios mas que suficientes.

          En línea con otras opiniones, la comidas eran variadas y bastante buena en general, la habitación limpia y bien de tamaño.
          La situación del hotel, está en una zona poco turística, si no vas a salir mucho del hotel, bien, pero si quieres moverte no hay gran variedad de escursiones y la operadora tampoco ofrece mucho, nosotros tuvimos que montarnos lo por libre y contratar escursiones por civitatis. El hotel en general necesita una renovación y un lavado de cara, se le cae una estrella por lo menos.

          Vimos varias cucarachas en el salón-comedor durante varios días; por lo que avisamos al personal de sala, los cuales nos ignoraron. Por otro lado, las actividades que se realizan en el hotel son impartidas en su totalidad en inglés, sin tener en cuenta el idioma de los participantes, y por tanto su integración durante la actividad. Por último, durante toda nuestra estancia hemos visto como diferentes huéspedes cogían comida y bebida libremente del buffet y se la metían en bolsas/mochilas, presenciado también por el personal de sala, los cuales no decían nada. La última noche hicimos una petición especial porque salíamos de viaje de madrugada, y nos dijeron que estaba complementamente prohibido coger comida del buffet y no hacian ninguna excepción. Finalmente, acabamos poniendo una hoja de reclamaciones por el trato recibido.

          Personal del hotel muy amable, los animadores muy simpáticos. La piscina infinita ideal para relajarse. Tienes muchos juegos para distraerte. Muchas zonas para relajarte y tomar una copa o un café. Un comedor abierto casi todo el día, donde ponen patatas fritas, hamburguesas, perritos, Sandwich, helados, etc. Y una barra libre que siempre está llena. Espectáculos y música en directo.
          Es verdad q las habitaciones son un poco antiguas, pero tienen lo necesario. Nuestra terraza daba a la cascada del jardín y muy tranquilo la verdad. La comida variada. Los horarios del restaurante un poco justos para las personas nacionales. No me gustó que en la piscina q no es muy grande la gente lleve flotadores y colchonetas gigantes y q la gente se ponga a jugar a la pelota en cada esquina salpicando y molestando y no precisamente son niños.
