Rooms are big, spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. There is a bus stop very close, like 3 min walk, bus L5 or free bus go to la Massana. Some good restaurants in Arinsal.
We loved skiing in Pal, I'm learning and it has easy blue slopes and instructors were amazing.

We were very happy to stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with a balcony, a fully-equipped bathroom with a shower, and everything was very clean. We stayed in a room with mountain views, and the views, the tranquility, and the cleanliness were all wonderful. The free outdoor car park at the hotel was a real plus. The room was spacious and clean. We opted for half-board, and breakfast and dinner were very good. We could choose from a personalized menu for both breakfast and dinner, offered by the hosts. The service from Sandra and Mickey was fabulous; they were very kind and friendly, attending to us with a warm, family atmosphere. The waiter, Gonzalo, was very kind and professional. It was a very pleasant experience, and we will definitely return.
Muy contentos de estar alojados en este hotel. La ubicación es muy buena con balcon,baño completo y con ducha,todo muy limpio,hemos estado en una habitacion con vistas a la montaña,las vistas, la tranquilidad, la limpieza el Parking exterior gratuito en el mismo hotel es un plus.
Habitación amplia y limpia,estuvimos en media pensión,el desayuno,la cena fué muy buena ,podíamos elegir menú personalizado tanto en desayuno como en la cena ofrecidos por los anfitriones,el trato fue fabuloso por parte de Sandra y Mickey,muy amables y simpáticos que nos atendieron con cariño muy familiar,el camarero Gonzalo muy amable y profesional,ha sido una experiencia muy agradable,sin duda alguna volveremos nuevamente.

They should take a photocopy of your credit card. I think if you already pay by card, if there's any problem, which I've never had, they might ask for the money back from there. I don't know, that hasn't happened to me, but I didn't like it.
