We liked that it was pet friendly and the staff in general was very friendly.
Nos ha gustado que acepte mascotas y el personal en general era muy amable.
The rooms are not soundproofed at all and there is a river with a lot of water, which makes a lot of noise and you can obviously hear it at all hours, apart from the people in the hallway. The wifi is extremely horrible, as if it didn't exist. Considering that it's Andorra and most of us don't have a line, this is quite important.
Las habitaciones no están nada insonorizadas y teniendo el rio que con la cantidad de agua que lleva hace una barbaridad de ruido y se oye obviamente a todas horas aparte de a la gente en el pasillo.
El wifi es extremadamente horrible, como si no hubiese. Teniendo en cuenta que es Andorra y la mayoría no tenemos línea es una cosa bastante importante.

It had been years since I found a receptionist so "edge" and unfriendly. It is true that we checked in at 24h, but this does not justify the quality of attention that any customer who pays for the hotel's services deserves. Empathy a "zero". I imagine that it is not a problem of the hotel, but rather of a fed up worker who works there. Bad mood, zero empathy, zero in languages. Wow, if I were the owner of the hotel I would have dismissed him in a week.
Feia anys que no em trobava una recepcionista tan “borde” i antipàtica . Es cert que vàrem fer el Check in a les 24h , però això no justifica la qualitat en l atenció que es mereix qualsevol client que paga per els serveis del hotel. Empatia un “zero”. M imagino que no es un problema del hotel, sinó mes aviat de una treballadora fastiguejada que hi treballa. Mal humor, nul.la empatia, zero en idiomes. Vaja, si fos l empresari del hotel ja l hauria despatxat en una setmana.
