3. Guests exceeding the number indicated in the reservation are not allowed. There is a charge of 30CHF per night of the reservation for each unregistered guest.
4. Commercial photography and videography as well as illegal activities are prohibited without written permission.
5. Damage, loss and injury: Guests are fully responsible and liable for damages, injuries and losses that occur on the premises and in its facilities. Guests must report any damage to the host. Guests are also responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls and parking passes.
Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs or expenses.
