With friends we chose the deluxe and we had 3 apartments (2 for 2 people and one for 4 people). Each apartment was on different floors (when we were families with small children) the apartment on the 4th floor was very dirty and old, it did not correspond at all to a “deluxe” apartment, the other two were a bit more renovated.
Con amigos escogimos el deluxe y tuvimos 3 apartementos (2 de 2 y uno de 4 personas). Cada piso a plantas doferentes (cuando eramos familias con ninos pequenos) el piso de 4 era muy sucio y antiguo, no corespondonpara nada a un piso “delixe” los otros dos un pelin mas reformados.
Cleanliness, general condition and poor bunk bed, on the right side of my bed the metal structure entered my back, the sofa bed was so uncomfortable :(

The sofa-bed, super uncomfortable, since the mattress was broken on one side and when we lay down it sank. We had to remove the mattress and sleep on the floor. One towel for each person for the entire stay. Reception for delivery of keys, a single employee for all guests. To leave the apt, when leaving the keys there is no one to control it and the key box was open, and anyone who passed by could take the keys.
El sofá-cama, súper incomodo, ya q estaba el somier roto por un lado y al tumbarnos se hundía. Tuvimos que sacar el colchón y dormir en el suelo. Una toalla para cada persona para toda la estancia. Recepción para entrega de llaves, una única empleada para todos los huéspedes. Para dejar el apto, al dejar las llaves no hay nadie quien lo controle y el buzón de las llaves estaba abierto, pudiendo coger las llaves cualquier persona q pasara x al lado.

En el bono de confirmación de esquiades, en ningún punto pibe que tengas que hacer un checkin online si vas a llegar más tarde de las 20h como fue nuestro caso, estuvimos llamando como si que indica y no te cogen el teléfono, te mandan wasaps para que realices el checkin mandando fotos de dni’s y demás todo ello mientras vas de camino a Andorra y ves que tardan en contestarte hasta el punto en el que te metes en Andorra con el gasto de datos que conlleva para finalizar todo el trámite, así que muy a tener en cuenta si vas a llegar tarde. NO HABÍA HORNO, cosa que no lo indica que no la descripción menos en los estudios para 3 pax, había microondas sin grill. Que se tenga que pagar el Wiffi. Muy complicado a aparcar si no es en zona Azul 10,50€/día porque no hay opción de parking. Hay 3 discopub justo debajo y están hasta altas horas en la calle hablando y gritando, eso si, la policía pasa constantemente para disuadir a los incívicos.

- Permiten grandes grupos de jóvenes maleducados alojados en los mismos apartamentos (ruido hasta las 4 de la mañana, gritos, vidrios en las zonas comunes, tirando bolas de nieve a las ventanas toda la noche etc..).
- Pedimos una habitación con cama doble y nos dieron una con cama individual (sin avisarnos del cambio).
- Te multan con 75 € si no limpias y secas los platos pero no te dejan ni una esponja para limparlos ni un trapo para secarlos. Incoherencia.
- Mala atención al cliente, no nos cogieron el teléfono en varias ocasiones.
- Tienes que sacar tu las sabanas de la cama el ultimo día y recordarte de tirar la basura, sino también te multan con 75€.
- Tienes que ir a recoger las llaves en una oficina apartada de los apartamentos, En nuestro caso, un día que no paraba de nevar y no se podía acceder en coche ni a las oficinas ni a los apartamentos, fue una odisea llegar.
- No hay horno, a diferencia de lo que pone en la reserva.
