We paid for a studio for 3 people, a couple with a 6 year old child, I do not recommend it at all for couples with children, the hot water through an electric heater that only gave one person a shower, then we had to wait 4 hours to get hot water. In short, if we bathed the little one we could not shower with hot water. A studio for 3 people is supposed to allow 3 people to shower a day, but no, only one person can shower in the morning and the others wait until midday or in the afternoon. What is necessary is to shower after finishing the day of skiing. The kitchen extractor hood barely worked its function so the whole studio smelled of cooking. The door of the apartment was forced and even when you turned the key it gave the feeling that anyone could open it with a push.. Total feeling of insecurity. The sliding window was very difficult to open or close, it was not very clean and was a bit oily. The television had 4 Spanish channels. A tiny closet without a door, with only one hanger. There was no place to leave clothes, not even a sad shelf to leave ski helmets and other belongings. We will not return. Nor will I return to 3000 apartments since you hire something, pay and then they put you in some hole that they have not shown you in any image. It is very bad that you book and do not have the option to choose the apartment or studio, after paying they assign you the one they consider and NOT the one you have booked. Never again.

El sofá cama lo peor, no era ni sofá ni cama. Muy incómodo.
Pagamos por un estudio para 3 personas, una pareja con un niño de 6 años, para nada lo aconsejo para parejas con niños, el agua caliente a través de un termo eléctrico que no daba más que para una ducha auna persona, después teníamos que esperar 4 horas para poder tener agua caliente. En definitiva, si bañabamos al pequeño nosotros ya no podíamos ducharnos con agua caliente.
Se supone que un estudio para 3 personas debe de permitir ducharse 3 personas al día, pero no, sólo se puede duchar uno por la mañana y los otros esperar al mediodía o a la tarde.
Lo necesario es ducharse después de acabar la jornada de esquí.
La campana extractora de cocina apenas hacía su función así que olía todo el estudio a cocina.
La puerta del apartamento estaba forzada y aún echando la llave daba la sensación de que cualquiera con un empujón la abriría. Sensación de inseguridad total.
La ventana de hojas correderas costaba abrirla o cerrarla muchísimo, falta de limpieza y un poco de aceite.
La televisión con 4 canales en español.
Un armario minúsculo sin puerta, con una única percha. No había sitio para dejar la ropa, ni una triste balda para dejar los cascos de esquí y demás enseres.
No volveremos. Ni volveré apartamentos 3000 ya que contratas algo, pagas y luego te meten en cualquier zulo que no te han mostrado en ninguna imagen.
Muy mal que reserves y no tengas la opción de escoger el apartamento o estudio, después de pagar te asignan el que ellos consideren y NO el que tú has seleccionado.

Haces el check in online, pagas la fianza sin ver el apartamento y te dan un horario de recogida de llaves. Tuvimos que esperar una cola de casi una hora, para que nos dieran las llaves, y aún así tuvimos que esperar a que otro trabajador nos trajera las llaves porque no estaba listo el apartamento.
Contratamos servicio de parking, que estaba en otro edificio cosa que no se nos informó y además tuvimos problemas porque alguien nos quitó la plaza y no fueron capaces de solucionarlo. Su solución era que le quitásemos la plaza a otra persona, aparcando donde hubiera sitio. Obviamente exigimos una plaza nueva que estuviese vacía.
Se supone que podías contratar servicio de wifi en la recepción, pero nos dijeron que el dueño del edificio tiene la clave y que ellos no, que se iban a poner en contacto con el dueño para conseguir la clave (mentira), estuvimos toda la estancia sin wifi.
La atención del personal deja mucho que desear, son lentos resolviendo problemas y ellos no te dan la solución, se la tienes que pedir tú.
En resumen, te venden algo que no es, te engañan, te hacen perder el tiempo en problemas que son su culpa y no ponen de su parte en resolverlo.
No volveré a reservar con ellos.
