This attractive apartment complex is situated above the Font Sa Cala bay. You can reach the beautiful beach through stairs that belong to the hotel. The town of Cala Ratjada is located three kilometers away. Buses run frequently there. Also, opposite the hotel, links to public transport. This complex was built in 1987 and renovated in 2004. It consists of a main building and an annexe, each with two floors, block with a total of 210 homes. Guests are offered a lobby with lift, a reception open 24 hours a day that offers a safe and currency exchange, a games room, a TV room and bicycle hire service. There is also a small supermarket, a cozy bar and a la carte restaurant with non-smoking area and highchairs for children. Further services include the laundry service and medical assistance. In the outdoor complex is a park for children to play, a kids club and car park. The studios and apartments are decorated and furnished with tasteful and modern way, have an en suite bathroom with shower.
