Very positive hotel staff from the reception, restaurant and especially animation. Very large rooms and very good mattresses with two pillows each.

I love this hotel, 3s the third time we go and every time I like it more. Very familiar, the beach a minute's walk away, everything very clean, perfect rooms and with beautiful views of the sea, but what stands out above all and what makes it a wonderful hotel is its staff, starting with the great entertainment Lourdes and Laura, at the reception who are charming, with the very professional and friendly waiters at the buffet, Carmen and the rest of the waiters at the Brutal restaurant gave us excellent service. We will return because I love Mazarrón and I love this hotel
Me encanta este hotel, 3s la tercera vez que vamos y cada vez me gusta más . Muy familiar, la playa a un minuto andando , todo muy limpio, habitaciones perfectas y con unas vistas al mar preciosas , pero lo que destaco por encima de todo y lo que hace que sea un hotel maravilloso es su personal , empezando por la animación Lourdes y Laura geniales , por la recepción que son encantadores , con los camareros del buffet muy profesionales y amables , Carmen y el resto de camareros del restaurante Brutal nos atendieron de 10 . Volveremos porque me encanta Mazarrón y me encanta este hotel
The only thing I missed, to say the least, is that they had tuna for breakfast toast and salads and the buffet was somewhat repetitive, but everything was very tasty.
Lo único que eché en falta por decir algo es que tuvieran atún para las tostadas del desayuno y las ensaladas y algo repetitivo el buffet pero todo muy rico .

Good cleanliness, spacious and cozy rooms. Very attentive staff.
Buena limpieza, habitaciones espaciosas y acogedoras. Personal muy atento.
They don't have any kind of adult entertainment in the evening. If they have something for children.
No tienen ningún tipo de entretenimiento para adultos en la noche. Si tienen algo para los pequeños.

Everything seemed excellent to me: the facilities, the room, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food, the entertainers, how good the hall smells...
Todo me ha parecido excelente: las instalaciones, la habitación, la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal, la calidad de la comida, los animadores, lo bien que huele el hall...
The WiFi did not work well for us, we could only connect one device and it did not work well. The shifts for meals limited us and made us get up early, but everything is adapting.
El WiFi no nos funcionó bien, solo podíamos conectar un dispositivo y no iba bien.
Los turnos para las comidas nos limitaban y nos hacían madrugar, pero todo es adaptarse.

Well-kept hotel, in very good condition. The outdoor areas and pools are very nice and well-kept, with very good facilities. The buffet is a bit sparse at times, especially the desserts, but everything there was great. I would highlight the hotel staff, they are all excellent, the treatment they always have with a good face, very polite. Congratulations to all the waiters and kitchen staff and I would highlight the professionalism of Alejandro in charge of the dining room who is a professional out of 10, everyone is spectacular. Laura of great animation, even though there are few people for the dates that we have been, she has done her job as if the hotel had been 100%. Reception staff very attentive and willing. We will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you for making us spend such beautiful days with the family and bringing such a good taste in our mouths. Thank you
Hotel bien cuidado, en muy buenas condiciones.En las zonas exteriores y piscinas muy bonitas y muy bien cuidadas, con muy buenas instalaciones. El buffet un poco escaso en ocasiones sobre todo los postres, pero todo lo que había buenísimo. Destacaría el personal del hotel son todos excelentes, el trato que tienen siempre con buena cara muy educados. Enhorabuena a todos los camareros/as y personal de cocina y resaltaría la profesionalidad de Alejandro encargado del comedor que es un profesional de 10 , espectacular todos. Laura de animación genial, aún habiendo poca gente por las fechas que hemos estado, ella ha realizado su trabajo como si hubiese estado el hotel al 100%. Personal de recepción muy atentos y dispuesto. Sin duda volveremos a este hotel. Gracias, por hacernos pasar unos días tan bonitos en familia y traer tan buen sabor de boca. Gracias
