This attractive apartment complex is located on a small hill above the main street leading to San Agustin. The dark sand beach is a few minutes walk away (approximately 500 meters). Nearby you can find a shopping center. Playa del Inglés is two kilometers away. Next door you will find bus lines that run regularly, as well as a stop very close to the hotel itself. The complex was built in 1986 and completely renovated in 2002. It is made up of a main building and several two-story bungalows, totaling 150 apartments.
