The dining room manager was very attentive, responsible, efficient, and very pleasant. The grill professional was super friendly, attentive both day and night. The young blond waiter was super friendly and quick. The entertainment, both male and female, was excellent. The room was very clean. And the food was quite good.

Common areas are cleaned, windows are very dirty, I don't understand how they can be like this. Food handling in the dining room is unhygienic. Entertainment lasts longer or shorter depending on the day and who's assigned. There are plenty of entertainment staff, but they don't take advantage of the time they're working to keep guests entertained.

The buffet is sparse and repetitive, there is little variety at the pool and they give you a token for the drink that you have to hand in for the glass. When you finish you have to queue to bring the glass back so they can give you the token. You ask for a bottle of water for the room and they don't give it to you until 11 at night. There is little shade at the pool, the Water Slides are at the back of the hotel and there is no beach bar.
