Disappointing
The Moroccan and Asian à la carte restaurants were excellent.
Le restaurant à la carte marocain et asiatique étaient excellents.
Very bad experience at the Radisson Blu Saidia.
We stayed from July 9 to 16, 2026, and frankly, I do not recommend this hotel.
Upon arrival (11 a.m.), we had to wait to check in even though there was only one person ahead of us. The room wasn’t available until 3 p.m., which is normal, but they refused to give us the wristbands to access the buffet and drinks before we had the room, even though we had paid for that day and had three children, including a 5-year-old. The result: the kids were left waiting without being able to eat or drink. Unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
On top of that, the room key cards kept losing their magnetic sholiday, forcing us to go back to the front desk several times a day. Very convenient when you’re travelling with kids…
No real explanation upon our arrival: no meal schedules, no information on how the hotel is organized, no map. We were given the keys and told to figure out how to find our room and the restaurants on our own.
Another major disappointment: no real snack bar, unlike other hotels in the same range. At 4 p.m., a few pastries and baked goods were set out near the pool, and that was it.
In the room, the power kept cutting out, and we had to reset the circuit breaker ourselves. Even in the middle of the night with the kids, we had to get up to turn the power back on. That’s absolutely not normal.
And the worst part: the way the activity staff handled things. During the France-Morocco game, my 10-year-old son and I had set up two hours early to get a good view. A few minutes before the game, the activity staff set up chairs right in front of us, completely blocking our view. Despite our request, they wouldn’t move and simply suggested we go sit on the grass. With children in tow, even though we’d been there long before they arrived. A total lack of respect for the guests.
More generally, there’s a real lack of coordination and supervision. Certain behaviors by the staff and event hosts give the impression that there’s no one to oversee the teams or remind them that guests come first.
I’ve stayed at several Online hotels and other properties at the Marina, including the Oasis and the Iberostar, and the Radisson Blu is clearly the one that has disappointed me the most in terms of service and organization.
As far as I’m concerned, that’s it: I won’t be going back there.

Séjour du 9 au 16 juillet 2026 et franchement, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
Dès l’arrivée (11h) attente au check-in alors qu’il n’y avait qu’une personne devant nous. Chambre disponible à 15h, ce qui est normal, mais refus de nous donner les bracelets pour accéder au buffet et aux boissons avant d’avoir la chambre, alors que nous avions payé cette journée et que nous avions 3 enfants, dont un de 5 ans. Résultat : enfants qui attendent sans pouvoir boire ni manger. Inacceptable pour un hôtel de ce standing.
Ensuite, cartes de chambre qui se démagnétisent constamment, obligeant à retourner plusieurs fois par jour à la réception. Très pratique avec des enfants…
Aucune vraie explication lors de notre arrivée : pas d’horaires des repas, pas d’informations sur l’organisation de l’hôtel, pas de plan. On nous donne les cartes et débrouillez-vous pour trouver la chambre et les restaurants.
Autre grosse déception : pas de véritable snack-bar, contrairement à d’autres hôtels de la même catégorie. À 16h, quelques viennoiseries et pâtisseries posées près de la piscine, et c’est tout.
Dans la chambre, l’électricité sautait régulièrement et nous devions nous-mêmes réenclencher le boîtier électrique. Même en pleine nuit avec les enfants, il fallait se lever pour remettre le courant. Ce n’est absolument pas normal.
Et le pire : l’organisation des animateurs. Lors du match France-Maroc, nous étions installés deux heures à l’avance avec mon fils de 10 ans pour avoir une bonne vue. Quelques minutes avant le match, les animateurs ont installé des chaises juste devant nous, nous bloquant complètement la vue. Malgré notre demande, ils n’ont pas bougé et nous ont simplement proposé d’aller nous asseoir sur la pelouse. Avec des enfants, alors que nous étions là bien avant eux. Un manque total de respect envers les clients.
Plus globalement, on ressent un vrai manque de coordination et de supervision. Certains comportements du personnel et des animateurs donnent l’impression qu’il n’y a personne pour encadrer les équipes ou rappeler que les clients sont prioritaires.
J’ai déjà séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels Online et d’autres établissements à la Marina, notamment l’Oasis et l’ibeurostar, et le Radisson Blu est clairement celui qui m’a le plus déçu en termes de service et d’organisation.
Pour moi, c’est terminé : je n’y retournerai pas.
