I'd improve the children's play area, as the photos show a room with toys, and I've been told it's been gone for years. I'd improve access to the pool, and even a small one for babies. They could add entertainment at night, as they have a singer and there's usually no one there. I'm sure if they added entertainment, the bar would be packed and there would be a lot of money to spend.

Mejoraría el acceso a la piscina e incluso una pequeñita para bebés. Podrían poner animación por las noches, ya que ponen un cantante y no suele haber nadie, seguro que si pusieran animación se llenaría el bar y se haría gasto

Bad, terrible!! We took a premium room, 9th floor and we could hear the music every day until 3 in the morning (LD). The cleaning was terrible. The day we arrived we found a cockroach in the room. The walls were full of humidity that looked like the ceiling was going to fall. The car park was very narrow and they didn't take care of anything and on top of that it was 10€/night. Horrible. The food was always the same and the breakfast the same, no fruit ever. 7 days in the hotel and they didn't change the sheets for us even once. They should clean them up a bit and thank you. The elevators were terrible, getting from the 9th floor to the 0th can take 15 minutes. The only good thing was the restaurant staff. Even our flights were at night and I asked if they would leave us 1 yogurt and 1 apple in the room for the child, since we had HALF BOARD, and we lost 1 dinner and 1 breakfast and they told us that they didn't have that service... anyway. Terrible. They ruined our holiday.
Mal, fatal!! Cogimos habitacion premium, 9 piso y se escuchaba todos los dias la musica hasta las 3 de la madrugada (L-D). Limpieza mal fatal. El dia que llegamos encontramos una cucaracha en la habitacion. Las paredes llenas de humedad q parecia que iba a caer el techo. El parking estrechisimo y sin cuidar nada y encima 10€/noche. Horrible. Comida siempre la misma y desayuno igual, nada de fruta nunca. 7 dias en el hotel y ni 1 dia nos cambiaron sabanas. Limpiar por encima algun dia y gracias. Ascensores fatal, llegar de un 9 piso al 0 puedes tardar 15 mins.
Lo unico bueno el personal de restaurante.
Incluso nuestros vuelos eran nocturnos y pedi si nos dejaban en la habitacion 1 yogur y 1 manzana para el niño, ya que teniamos MEDIA PENSION, y perdiamos 1 cena y 1 desayuno y nos dijeron que no tenian ese servicio… enfin. Mal fatal. Nos hundieron las vacaciones

The hotel never provided us with car park. We asked for a space for 3 days, and they never had one... the central area but the hotel is more for older people. In other words, we would never stay at that hotel again.

El hotel se nota que tiene sus años, está arreglado pero no reformado. Pero quizás eso es lo qur lo hace economico, porque he de decir que sus servicios funcionan a la perfección, el personal muy cercano y sobre todo recalcaria que un 10 en limpieza, y otro 10 en ubicación. Lo recomiendo, lo repetiría sin dudar y estoy encantada, ojalá me pudiera haber quedado más días.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the promenade where you will find numerous stores and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and assisted me in solving the parking problem, as I guess the hotel parking is very small and always full, and parking on the street is impossible. Instead, the hotel staff recommended me the parking lot of a nearby shopping mall, which offers a 15-day voucher for 50 €. If your stay is longer than 5 days, this is a fantastic option, as that is what it would cost to park at the hotel.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca del paseo marítimo donde encontrarás numerosos comercios y restaurantes. El personal es muy amigable y me asistió en resolver el problema del parking, ya que supongo que el parking del hotel es muy pequeño y siempre está lleno, y estacionar en la calle es imposible. En su lugar, el personal del hotel me recomendó el parking de un centro comercial cercano, que ofrece un bono de 15 días por 50 €. Si la estadía supera los 5 días, es una opción fantástica, ya que eso es lo que costaría el estacionamiento en el hotel.
The hotel is old, the rooms are not of a 4 star hotel, surely at the time it was inaugurated if it was but not now, otherwise all very well.
