          La oferta de 5 noches-6 días es incorrecta, ya que el primer dia llegas después de las 3(que ya ha cerrado el comedor) y el último día sales a las 5 de la mañana. Por lo que la oferta se convierte en 4 días-5 noches. El hotel no dispone de servicio de picnic, por lo que si te vas un poco lejos también pierdes las comidas.

          The accommodation that claims to have 4 stars is not even close to one, we had to ask for a room change, the humidity in it didn't let us sleep the first night, I had a huge allergy attack, the staff there is very friendly, that cannot be denied, but they promote it as something that it is not, it was mostly you who sold it to me, I had to pay for the drink (which was included in the Full Board), which I also had to claim, in short, everything was bad on your part, you took away a day and a half of my stay, and everything was relatively very bad.

          The disastrous thing has been the organization of Busco un deal. They scheduled the flight at 19:55. We arrived in Tenerife at 21:30... at 22 we left for the hotel which was in the south of Tenerife when the hotel was actually in the north. 1 hour and 20 minutes of travel to the hotel. No possibility to have dinner because obviously the dining room was closed. Dinner that was included. For the return holiday, more of the same. The flight was at 7 in the morning. Two hours early at the airport, so we had to get up at 3:30 to arrive on time because we had 1 hour and 20 minutes to the airport. Of course, the breakfast that was included was lost again. Thanks to the hotel, they provided a coffee for the driver that night because he had to drive. And when I complained to Busco un deal, they told me that the offer stated that the flight could be in the morning, afternoon, or dawn. Lie, it didn't specify anything. When I booked it, they told me that within 24 or 48 hours they would send us all the information. When I received it, I wanted to cancel the holiday but after purchasing insurance, it turns out that I could only cancel it for reasons of force majeure or I would lose the entire amount. Very bad on the part of Busco un deal, very, very bad.
          Lo nefasto ha sido la organización de busco un chollo. Nos pusieron el avión a kas 19,55. Llegamos a Tenerife a las 21,30...a las 22 salimos para el hotel que se encontraba en tenerife sur cuando el hotel estaba en el norte. 1,20 de viaje hasta el hotel. Sin posibilidad de cenar porque evidentemente el comedor estaba cerrado. Cena que estaba contratada.Para la vuelta más de lo mismo. El vuelo a las 7 de la mañana. Dos horas antes en el aeropuerto con lo cual nos tivimos que levantar a las 3,30 para llegar con tiempo porque nos quedaba 1,20 de camino hacia el aeropuerto. Por supuesto desayuno contratado perdido de nuevo. Gracias al hotel nos proporcionó un café para el conductor esa noche por que tenía que conducir. Y cuando me quejo a busco un chollo me dice que en la oferta se decía que el vuelo pidría ser de mañana ,tarde o madrugada. Mentira no esoecificaba nada. Cuando lo contraté me dijeron que en 24 o 48 horas nos mandarían toda la información. Cuando la recibí quise anular el viaje pero después de contratar un seguro resulta que solo podría anularlo por causas de fuerza mayor o perdería el dinero completo. On the way there, we arrived at the hotel at four in the morning. On the way back, we had to leave the hotel at four-thirty in the morning to arrive at the South Airport for the departure at eight in the morning. So, two days less.

          Excellent location, it is on the promenade, next to all the bars, services, beaches.... It was appreciated that water and wine were included in the meals, no other hotel does that.

          The rooms are a bit outdated, more like from the 80s. We got a room facing the square where all the buses, taxis, and trucks with supplies parked very early in the morning... Since there was no balcony or anything similar, we couldn't dry our towels, swimsuits, or anything that got wet (that was the worst part).

Nos tocó una habitación que daba a la plaza donde desde muy temprano estacionaban todos los autobuses, taxis, descargaban todos los camiones de suministros , etc... Al no tener ningún tipo de balcón ni nada parecido, no podíamos secar ni toallas, ni bañadores ni nada que se nos mojara (eso fue lo peor).
