All the facilities were extremely dirty; it was disgusting to touch anything. To top it all, groups of foreign teenagers were making a racket until the early hours. We had to ask how many stars the hotel had because we thought you might have confused it with a four‑star place. Regarding the destination, I have never in my life stayed somewhere so shabby as Calella. I would never recommend it. We are customers who have been looking for a deal for a long time, and this has been a horrible disappointment. I know it’s very cheap, but in other years we have stayed very well and we thought it was a deal, but it turned out to be the worst holiday we’ve ever had. My wife is a VIP customer and always recommends you, but after this.
Todo. Llegamos y no nos dejan ni aparcar en la puerta para bajar las maletas. En la habitación nos habían puesto una cuna de bebé llena de vómito viejo. El baño estaba sucio. Lo dijimos en la recepción y nos dijeron que no tenien personal de guardia para limpiar. Cuando volvimos aún no habían quitado la cuna. Los colchones no son cómodos. La comida de la cena bastante mala y la recogían antes de la hora límite. Una mañana nos abrieron la habitación sin llamar y mi mujer se estaba cambiando de ropa. Todas las instalaciones estaban super sucias daba asco tocar cualquier cosa. Para colmo había grupos de adolescentes extranjeros haciendo follón hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Tuvimos que preguntar que cuantas estrellas tenía el hotel porque pensamos que os habríais equivocado al poner 4 estrellas. Respecto al destino nunca en toda mi vida he estado en un sitio tan cutre como Calella. No lo recomendaría jamás. Somos clientes de busco un chollo desde hace mucho tiempo y esto ha sido una decepción horrible. Ya sé que es muy barato pero otros años hemos estado muy bien y pensábamos que esto era un chollo y ha resultado ser las peores vacaciones que hemos Mi mujer es cliente Vip y siempre os recomienda pero después de esto.
