A cracked window in the pool caused a serious injury to my foot, resulting in heavy bleeding. The pool attendant stepped in to treat me, but no one offered me medical care or asked about the circumstances of the accident.

The apartments are not clean at all: there’s a lot of dust on the floor, stained sheets and towels, three-quarters of the dishes in the kitchen are dirty, a dishwasher that’s very poorly maintained and therefore not working, an ant infestation in the bathroom and kitchen, a very dirty, neglected balcony with two large bird nests, resulting in bird droppings all over the lounge chairs and the clothesline. In short, an apartment that is severely neglected and was very poorly cleaned upon arrival (bearing in mind that no further cleaning is done during the entire stay—in our case, two weeks).
Les appartements ne sont pas du tout propres: beaucoup de poussière au sol, draps et serviettes tachées, le trois quarts de la vaisselle dans la cuisine sales, un lave vaisselle très mal entretenu et donc qui n’est pas fonctionnel, une infestation de fourmis dans la salle de bain et la cuisine, un balcon très sale aussi et sans entretien avec deux gros nids d’oiseaux et donc de la fiente partout sur les transats et l’étendoir. Bref un appartement qui manque de beaucoup d’entretien et qui est très mal nettoyé à l’arrivée (sachant que aucun autre nettoyage ne se fait pendant toute la durée du séjour, en l’occurrence pour nous 2 semaines).

Disappointing
Bad experience, understaffed, ants, water leaks in the shower, the pool jets they advertise are broken, no water one afternoon, then at the buffet the drinks were in plastic and exorbitantly priced: 2 beers and 3 tinto de verano (red wine and lemonade) for €27. Yesterday, no hot water, the sofa bed is torn, the elevator has been out of order for two days, and the meals are the same every day. The only thing worth mentioning is the friendliness of the staff. Karaoke is supposed to work, but the microphone doesn't.
Mala experiencia,poco personal,hormigas,en la ducha se sale el agua,piscina con los chorros q publicitan rotos,sin agua una tarde,entonces en el buffet la bebida en plástico y precio desorbitado,2 cervezas,3tintos de verano 27€.
Ayer, sin agua caliente ,el sofá cama rajado,dos días ascensor estropeado y comidas todos los días lo mismo
Solo resaltar la amabilidad del personal.

Fabulous
I’d especially like to highlight the dining room staff—they’re true professionals and very friendly, always going out of their way to make us feel at home… the chef is excellent, with plenty of variety and delicious food.
The front desk staff were also very friendly; overall, I was very pleased with the staff at the hotel-apartments.

Overall, everything was fine, but I would point out that the apartments could use some cosmetic work—like repainting the buildings and making a few repairs inside the units… though that wouldn’t stop me from coming back again, because they made us feel very welcome.

Beautiful views. The buffet had a good variety of food. The restaurant staff were very attentive to our baby.
The pool fills up quickly.

To check in there was a huge queue and we waited more than 40 minutes.
It is not a place accessible for pushchairs. Knowing we were travelling with a one-year-old baby, they gave us a room on level -2 with no lift.
The apartment smelled of damp. The room had many black marks, mould on the headboard, the door was swollen and wouldn’t shut. The bathroom door was wet at the bottom and was falling to pieces. There were lots of bugs (spiders, cockroaches, ants).
Cleaning was poor; there were many cobwebs.
Much room for improvement.

No es un lugar accesible para carritos. Sabiendo que íbamos con un bebé de un año, nos dieron una habitación en un -2 sin ascensor.
El apartamento apestaba a humedad. La habitación tenía muchas manchas negras, moho en el cabecero, la puerta estaba hinchada y no cerraba. La puerta del baño estaba mojada por abajo y se caía a trozos. Había muchos bichos (arañas, cucarachas, hormigas).
La limpieza era escasa, había muchas telarañas.
Muy mejorable.

I've been going there 2 or 3 times a year for 11 years. For me, it's a place where you can enjoy yourself and relax. It's one of those places I love to go. I was there a week ago and, as always, I'll be back. The place is great, the location is good, and the staff is lovely. Overall, 10 out of 10 for me.

The place has an ideal location — set among mountains with the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar in front. The meals, although not as varied as at some places, are of higher quality than at most hotels.

They don't clean daily or change towels — they do it from the third day onward. Few sunbeds at the large pool. You have to drive to the beach, so you can't just pop over for a quick swim. Drinks aren't included and are ridiculously expensive.

The views are spectacular; it’s definitely worth choosing a room with a sea view. The food is very good, with a wide range of options, including healthy choices. The staff are lovely. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you don’t book Half Board. Perfect for switching off. We will definitely return.
