I had a great stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. While the food options were somewhat limited, the quality was good. Usually two hot fish and meat meals. The daily room cleaning was a nice touch, and the air-conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for a beach vacation.

The hotel's construction is modern. Highlight the cleanliness in all its areas including the room. The restaurant staff is very attentive and the food is quite good, there was variety, and it was well prepared.

Among the aspects to improve, I would highlight the reception staff, they could be more attentive. We felt more welcomed by the restaurant staff. Also, in the room they could provide amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, which is the minimum expected from a hotel of this range.

We have been 3 people and we have loved everything in general, the food very good, the rooms spacious and clean. All the staff friendly and respectful. The pool lifeguard very kind with everyone encouraged and it has been a pleasure to meet Ismael.

The pool and spa were nice although the schedules are not good for my taste....

I have been 5 days in this hotel and the cleanliness was conspicuous by its absence... they only spread the bed and did not change anything... not even the towels... the floor was sandy. The staff, except for the dining room was not attentive at all... many queues at the reception, little information, and unfriendly staff... I would say it is a 3 star or 2 star hotel instead of 4 stars.
