          Everything was great, we'd definitely come back, but at least in our room the TV was poorly positioned and uncomfortable to watch from the bed. A mirror would also be a nice addition, as there was plenty of space. The heated pool was perfect for relaxing, and the reception staff were very friendly. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we'll definitely return. Thank you.

          We had an incident upon arrival; our half-board voucher wasn't reflected. Thanks to Amirar's management, they were able to resolve it. If you want a quiet, quiet hotel, a fine-dining restaurant isn't for everyone. They make you realize how sad it is to be middle class.
          Tuvimos un incidente a la llegada, nuestro bono de media pensión no les salía reflejado, gracias a la gestión de Amirar lo pudieron solucionar. Sí quieres un hotel tranquilo, sin ruido, restaurante para degustación no apto para todos los bolsillos. Te hacen ver que es muy triste ser clase media.
          Half Board doesn't include dinner; it's a lunchtime menu. Lack of information about what's offered versus what's actually offered. A pool on the fifth floor with no bar service, not even a drinkable water. Signs throughout the hotel impose a €200 fine if you're caught smoking. I think it's great that it's a smoke-free area, but they should also specify this before choosing the hotel. No entertainment, not even during the summer months, and I went in mid-July. The only thing they could tell us was that the restaurant had a Michelin star and that they didn't offer those services. Thank you, Amirmir, otherwise the holiday would have been very chaotic. Upon arrival, they made us feel like we were begging for a plate of food.
          La media pensión no incluye la cena, es un menú al medio día. Falta de información de lo ofrecido con lo real. Una piscina en el quinto piso sin servicio de bar, ni un agua puedes tomar . En todo el hotel carteles de sanción si te pillan fumando 200€.. Me parece perfecto que sea un espacio libre de humos, pero lo tendrían que especificar también antes de elegir el hotel. Nada de animación ni en los meses de verano y fuy a mediados de Julio. Lo único que nos sabían decir era que es que el restaurante tenía una estrella Michelín y que ellos no ofrecían esos servicios. Gracias Amirmir si no la escapada hubiera sido muy caótica. A la llegada nos hicieron sentir como si estuvieras mendigando un plato de comida.

          There was a lot of humidity in the room and a stain on the ceiling of the bathroom, which together with the dust and the high heating made it difficult for me to breathe, I can say that I am asthmatic and they are things that affect me a lot.
