A family-run hotel with helpful, attentive, friendly, and highly professional staff. Everything was excellent. The room, terrace, bed, pillows, and air conditioning were all very good. The location is unbeatable: close to the beaches and in a well-served area with plenty of shops and services. The food was very well cooked and varied, with a good selection of fruit. The spa was very good. Highly recommended.

The best thing about the hotel is its location; central, near the promenade, and close to the beach car park. The food was acceptable, but nothing extraordinary. I value the quality/price as regular, because we came from another extraordinary 4 star hotel, which cost us the same as this one.

The room we were given, had no bedside table, only a small shelf. It has only a plug socket, not enough to charge all the devices we took with us today. The closet is very small, if you have a little bit of clothes. In the bathroom, there is nowhere to put the toiletry bags, nor where to put the folded towels, only a hook where to hang them, because you find them on the bed.

The rooms are very old although it seems renovated. There is no car park and it is difficult to park in the area. Regular cleaning (some bugs in the dining area), scarce buffet. Very bad beds with hard mattresses that cause back pain in the morning. Staff is good.
