Good
We stayed here from the 10th to the 15th of September. Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly hotel with both positives and areas for improvement.
Positives:
• The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming.
• The hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained.
• Breakfast and dinner offered a good variety and were tasty.
• Free shuttle service to the town and the beach was convenient.
Negatives:
• The internet connection was quite slow.
• The free shuttle bus was consistently late by 10–20 minutes in both directions.
• No soap available in the public toilets near reception.
• Cocktails at the bar were very poor quality – we only tried them once and wouldn’t recommend spending money on them.
• The bar staff were unfriendly, which made us feel unwelcome.
Overall:
This is a good option if you’re looking for a clean and affordable place to stay. Just keep in mind that the hotel is a bit isolated – there’s nothing much around within walking distance, so if you want to visit Torremolinos or Malaga, you’ll need to take a taxi or use public transport. We were aware of this beforehand, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

The mattresses are awfully soft. They don't give you bottles of water; you have to pay for them even if you have them. They give you alcohol, not water. I don't understand. The food is average.

Bad mattresses, needs renovation, poor food, you can't choose lunch or dinner with half-board, any hotel will do. Small dining room, there's a queue for lunch or dinner. You looked out onto the small balcony and saw piles of empty boxes below.

It's a great value. The food is delicious. It's true that there may not be much variety, but it's superbly cooked. I prefer quality over quantity. The rooms are very comfortable. The air conditioning is great. The pool is quite nice. And the staff are super friendly and kind. The bus they provide to take you to the beach is also very positive, because it's super convenient.
Está genial calidad/precio. La comida está riquísima, es cierto que quizás no hay mucha variedad, pero está súper bien cocinada. Yo prefiero calidad a cantidad.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas. El aire acondicionado genial. La piscina está bastante bien. Y los trabajadores son super simpáticos y amables.
También es muy positivo el autobús que ponen para llevarte a la playa, porque es super cómodo.
The downside, perhaps, was that there was dancing every night... basically the same show. The people who put on the show were great, the kids were great, but I missed a different kind of magic show or something else.
Lo negativo quizás, que todas las noches había baile... básicamente el mismo espectáculo.

Mattresses are impossible to sleep on; they sink right down to the floorboards. The hotel smells of sewage throughout. Unbearable noises in the rooms; you can hear the cars on the street and the neighbors as if they were inside my room. I went there to rest and came back worse than I left, a disaster. The lack of staff made it pitiful to see the workers there. Such a shame. I'll never come back.

Habiendo pagado el todo incluido, te encuentras cartelitos en servicios que dice que no entra el todo incluido como por ejemplo: café de cafetería,y bebidas alcohólicas de marcas, alfinal pagas más y consumes lo mismo que un pensión completa. No caigáis en el engaño en este hotel.
