Pas Luxury 3000 Apartments: stay in front of the Grandvalira ski slopes!

This resort offers renovated studios and apartments, located at the foot of Grandvalira slopes, and just 100 metres from the village of Pas de la Casa.

The accommodation is surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops of all kinds, supermarkets, a shopping centre with a laundry, ski rental shops, hairdressers, ... Very comfortable for skiing on the slopes of Grandvalira.

What do the studios and apartments have?

They are furnished in a warm and functional way. They have a modern kitchen equipped with basic equipment according to the capacity of the accommodation, electric or ceramic hobs, extractor, electric coffee-maker, fridge-freezer, oven or microwave, TV,  complete bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer and heating. They also have a balcony, except the last floor which, with attic room that have large windows.

TYPES OF STUDIOS:

• Studio for 2 people: sofa bed in the dining room, kitchen open to the living room and bathroom.
• Studio for 2/4 people: studio with a double sofa bed in the living-dining room and cabin with bunk bed, kitchen open to the living room and bathroom.
• Studio for 3/5 people: studio with a double sofa bed, folding bed or single sofa bed plus cabin with bunk bed, kitchen open to the living room and bathroom.
• Studio for 4/6 people: studio with two double sofa beds plus a cabin with bunk bed, or a double sofa bed and two bunk beds, kitchen open to the living room and bathroom.

TYPES OF APARTMENTS:

Apartment 4/6 people: one bedroom apartments with two sets of bunk beds and a double sofa bed in the living room, or with double bed in the bedroom plus a bunk bed and double sofa bed in the living room, open kitchen to the living room and bathroom.

The delivery of the apartment is done with a basic cleaning kit for a first and only use, this kit usually includes a cloth, scouring pad and soap.
