Everything about the hotel seemed good to us. Especially the sea views, the buffet and the spa.

I enjoyed reading a book on the room terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
I also enjoyed every meal in the dining room. Quality products, well cooked in abundance, with lots of variety and immediate replenishment when things ran out. If it isn’t the best, it’s one of the best buffets I’ve enjoyed.
I must say the dining-room staff are very kind and efficient. Their coordination and work are impeccable. My congratulations to them all.
The spa, although not very large, is fairly complete with a dry sauna, a steam sauna, jets, etc.
In short: I have the impression there is good management because you can see and feel a positive working atmosphere.
He disfrutado de leer un libro en la terraza de la habitación con vistas a la piscina y al jardín.
He disfrutado del mismo modo de todas las comidas en el comedor. Productos de calidad, bien cocinados en abundancia , con mucha variedad y reposición inmediata cuando se acababan. Si no es el mejor, es uno de los mejores bufets de los que he disfrutado.
He de decir que los trabajadores del comedor son muy amables y eficientes. Su coordinación y su trabajo es impecable. Mi enhorabuena a todos.
El spa, aunque no es muy grande está bastante completo con su sauna seca, su sauna húmeda, sus chorros, etc.
Resumiendo :tengo la impresión que hay una buena dirección porque se ve y se respira un buen ambiente de trabajo.
As for the negatives, I should say it isn’t adapted for people with reduced mobility. There are stairs down to the pool and a large ramp that starts from the hall where the café is located.
I know that on 2 November the whole hotel will be remodelled and these shortcomings will surely be brought into line with current regulations, so this problem will be eliminated. I will be watching the hotel’s development closely, because I intend to return.
The second negative is the distance to the beach (approx. 1 km), but they make up for it by offering a van service that runs the route to and from the beach.
En cuanto a lo negativo, decir que no está adaptado a personas con movilidad reducida. Hay escaleras para bajar a la piscina y una gran rampa que parte del hall donde se encuentra la cafetería.
Sé que el 2 de Noviembre se va a remodelar todo el hotel y estas deficiencias, seguro que se adaptaran a la normativa existente y ese problema se eliminará. Seguiré muy atento a su evolución como hotel, porque pienso volver.
Y el segundo aspecto negativo es la lejanía a la playa ( aprox. 1 Km), pero lo compensan poniendo a disposición del cliente un servicio de furgoneta que hace el itinerario de bajada y subida a la playa.

Everything was great; we loved staying in the facilities.
Todo fenomenal, nos ha encantado estar en sus instalaciones.
One thing I didn’t like was the spa offer for people aged 65 and over being only for groups. After all, those of us who come as individuals are the same age, and it never says it’s for groups only. But we were so comfortable in the rest of the facilities that it didn’t affect us.
Algo que no me gustó fue la oferta que había de spa para 65 o más que solamente fuera para los grupos. Al fin y al cabo los que vamos de particulares tenemos la misma edad y en ningún momento pone que se refiere a grupos. Pero bueno estuvimos tan agusto en el resto de instalaciones que no nos afectó.

The water pressure in the bathtub of the room, the space to be able to shower, and that they don’t include unlimited soap/shampoo/cream but limit it to daily replenishments, and that they CHARGE for drinks at the buffet — a 50 cl bottle of water for €2.50 — seems like ROBBERY to me.
This hotel deserves a 3-star rating more than 4, since the facilities don’t appear well maintained and they promote a 360-degree panoramic terrace that is ABANDONED.
La presión de agua en la bañadera de la habitacion, el espacio para poder ducharse y que no incluya jabon/shampoo/crema ilimitado, sino que se limite a reposiciones diarias, que COBREN la bebida en el buffet una botella de agua de 50cl 2,50€ me parece un ROBO.
Este hotel merece mas la categoria de 3 estrellas que de 4, ya que no se observa buen mantenimiento de las instalaciones y promocionan una terraza panorámica 360 grados que está ABANDONADA.

The location is very good. Great views from our room because it’s up high. Far from the hustle and bustle of the village but within walking distance. There’s a slope to climb up and down but it’s not a big deal. A bit of exercise accessible to almost anyone.
The bed is large and comfortable.
Plentiful food with different options. It’s true there aren’t premium choices, but for the price paid it’s fine.
I really liked that the staff removed towels from sunbeds when people left and had left their towel occupying the space.
la localización esta muy bien. Vistas estupendas desde nuestra habitación al estar en alto. Lejos del bullicio del pueblo pero se puede ir andando en poco tiempo. Hay una cuesta para subir y bajar pero no es para tanto. Un poquito de ejercicio accesible para casi cualquiera.
La cama es grande y cómoda.
Comida abundante y con diferentes opciones. Es cierto que faltan opciones premium pero por el precio pagado esta bien.
Me gusto mucho que el personal retirara toallas de las tumbonas de gente que se iba y dejaba su toalla ocupando el espacio.
The hotel needs to renovate some furniture and bathrooms. They should provide more parasols and sunbeds by the pool.
The spa is not worth it. We went because it was included in our deal but it hardly has any jets and the ones it does have are excessively strong, plus the staff are unfriendly.
The gym should be included in the room price, as it is in most hotels.
They need to fix the TV antenna, which doesn’t tune properly to the channels.
They should include one bottle of water per person per day, not just on arrival regardless of how many days you stay.

Es spa no merece la pena. Fuimos porque lo incluía nuestra oferta pero apenas cuenta con chorros y los que tiene están excesivamente fuertes, además el personal es poco simpático.
El gimnasio debería estar incluido en el precio de la habitación, cómo ocurre en cualquier hotel.
Deben arreglar la antena de la TV que no conecta bien con los canales.

The place is very nice and the staff are very friendly. There’s a lot of food at the buffet, although the quality isn’t always great—still, you won’t go hungry hehe. They have a van that goes down to the beach and back every hour, since the place is on a huge hill. No noise at all. Spacious room and large terrace. You’re close to lots of places, like Altea and Benidorm.

Tienen una furgo para bajar a la playa cada hora y subirte, ya que el sitio está en una cuesta inmensa. Cero ruidos. Habitación amplia y terraza grande. Estás cerca de muchos sitios, como Altea y Benidorm.
The cleaning in the rooms was poor; in a week they didn’t change the sheets or hoover the room. They left towels every day and made the bed, but only half-heartedly... They mostly just pulled the sheets tight. Cleaning was barely acceptable. We were tracking sand on the floor and they didn’t mop. The spa needs maintenance — many things don’t work and the water was a bit cold and murky.
La limpieza en las habitaciones, en una semana no nos han cambiado las sábanas ni barrido la habitación. Te dejan toallas todos los días, y te hacen la cama, de aquella manera claro... Estiran las sábanas más bien, pero... La limpieza justísimo... Pisábamos la arena en el suelo y no fregaban. El spa necesita un mantenimiento, muchas cosas no funcionan y el agua algo frío y sucia.
