About the accommodation

This complex is located right on the beach of Saint George, only 10 m from the beach of Lefkimi. It is only 200 m from the village of Ag Georgios and 30 km from Corfu town and its airport. This beach aparthotel, renovated in 2009, is suitable for seniors and people with reduced mobility. The whole complex offers an atmosphere of unity that invites to create bonds of friendship. It is an air-conditioned establishment with a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange, checkroom, elevator, hairdressing salon, open-air theater, games room, kids' club for children (ages 4 to 12) and children's playground. There is also a cafeteria, bar, restaurant, Internet access, laundry service (for a fee) and car park. Bicycles can also be rented on the premises for an additional charge. The comfortable, newly decorated standard rooms come with a private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD cable/satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, a small refrigerator, adjustable air conditioning, adjustable heating and a balcony or terrace. The complex has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a children's swimming area, a multi-purpose indoor lounge, billiard tables and a fully equipped gym. Guests can relax at the beach bar or unwind with a massage treatment for an additional charge, while sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge by the pool only. You can also play beach volleyball, basketball or billiards/snooker and there are 2 tennis courts. Water skiing, jet skiing, windsurfing, windsurfing, torpedo boating and sailing are also possible, and cycling tours are available for an extra charge. The hotel organizes an entertainment program including daytime and evening sports activities for both adults and children.

The hotel is getting old. Cleanliness is roughly acceptable, but if you go into detail, there is a lot to complain about. Our room was okay but the furniture was very old. There was a smell of drains coming from the bathroom all the time. The pool water was milky all the time. "Clean pools" as many write, I have not seen one day! Very old, holey and broken loungers at the beach and pool. There were also newer models, but the older ones prevailed. The waiters in the restaurant are overwhelmed. Friendliness is not capitalized. They barely managed to clean and set the tables again. You often had to do it yourself. We spent our holiday there with our daughter and grandchildren. There were far too few high chairs. The food was monotonous and the warm dishes were almost all only lukewarm. There was hardly any typical Greek food. For us by no means a 4-star hotel! The price/performance ratio isn't right at all. I would not book the hotel again.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit im groben annehmbar aber wenn man ins Detail geht, gibt es schon vieles zu bemängeln. Unser Zimmer war okay aber das Mobiliar sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die ganze Zeit drang Abflussgeruch aus dem Badezimmer. Das Poolwasser war die ganze Zeit über milchig. "Saubere Pools" wie viele schreiben, habe ich nicht einen Tag gesehen! Am Strand und Pool sehr alte, löchrige und kaputte Liegen. Es gab auch neuere Modelle, aber die ältere haben überwogen. Die Kellner im Restaurant sind überfordert. Freundlichkeit wird nicht groß geschrieben. Sie schafften es kaum die Tische zu säubern und neu einzudecken. Das musste man dann oft selbst machen. Wir haben mit unserer Tochter und den Enkelkindern dort unseren Urlaub verbracht. Es gab viel zu wenig Kinderstühlchen. Das Essen war eintönig und die warmen Speisen waren fast alle nur lauwarm. Typisch Griechisches Essen gab es kaum. Für uns keinesfalls ein 4-Sterne-Hotel! Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
