The young man who showed us to our room wasn't satisfied with the tip we gave him and made it clear that he wanted much more; he was unpleasant, arrogant, and rude. They didn’t inform us about the difficulties accessing the beach, the bus schedule, or the fact that we had to reserve a spot or bring our own towels! Their beach was inaccessible, so they moved us to Soma Bay, but it was horrible and dirty! They should offer a wider selection of afternoon snacks—instead, there was only rice with chicken and beans for a snack! The entertainment was terrible; the girl went around asking for positive reviews, but their service was nonexistent—they only play darts at 11 a.m., and then they bother people who want to play in the pool by taking their ball and forcing them to play volleyball or whatever else they wanted to organize.They were downright rude; they never knew how to engage the guests.

Il ragazzo che ci ha accompagnato in camera non era soddisfatto della mancia che gli avevamo dato e ci ha fatto intendere che ne voleva molto di più, è stato spiacevole, arrogante e maleducato. Non ci hanno informato della criticità per l'accesso alla spiaggia, ne sugli orari del pullman,ne sul fatto che dovevamo prenotare il posto o portarci gli asciugamani! La loro spiaggia non era agibile e quindi ci hanno spostato a soma bay ma era orribile e sporca! Dovrebbero avere più ampia scelta di snack pomeridiani invece c'era solo riso con pollo e fagioli per merenda! L'animazione era pessima, la ragazza andava in giro a chiedere di fare recensioni positive ma il loro servizio era inesistente, fanno solo il gioco delle freccette alle 11 e poi disturbano le persone che vogliono giocare in piscina prendendoli la palla e obbligandoli a giocare a pallavolo o altro che volevano organizzare loro.proprio cafoni, non hanno mai saputo coinvolgere le persone.
