All the entertainment is only in English. I tried to participate in a game and asked the staff to explain it to me in Spanish, but they couldn't because they didn't speak Spanish. The tapas are very limited in variety and the hours are only from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Todo el entretenimiento que hay es solo en inglés, intente participar en un juego y le pedí a los animadores que me lo explicase en castellano y no pudieron porque no sabían castellano.
Todo incluido en 'tapeo' muy justo en variedad y horario. Solo de 14 a 17 horas.

The layout of the Mariposa apartment is excellent, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The pool area is very peaceful and family-friendly, and the lifeguard is very attentive. The restaurant staff is also very friendly.
La distribucion del apartamento mariposa es muy buena, la cocina cuenta con todo el menaje necesario. La piscina de dichos apartamentos es muy tranquila y familiar y la socorrista muy atenta a todo.

The staff was very friendly. The food was limited in variety but delicious.

The rooms were trashed; they weren't the ones booked. They smelled awfully of sewage. They were all drunk and dirty English people, and no one called them out on it. The pool was covered in shit and trashed, like the whole hotel. The entertainment was only in English, but they didn't even know how to speak Spanish. Horrible.
Habitaciones destrozadas, no eran las de la reserva. Olían muy mal a desagüe. Todo ingleses borrachos y muy guarros y nadie les llamaba la atención. Piscina llenad e mierda y destrozada como todo el hotel en general. Animación en ingles solo, pero es que ni sabían hablar castellano. Un horror.

When you arrive they give you the minimum information and that's where the problems begin: we asked if we arrived with dinner, the departure with food because 3 workers said no. A manager came and told us yes, arguing for a while. At the bar pool there are no rules, you can even smoke in the water, drink, they hit you with rugby balls and nothing happens, mattresses are full you can't even get in the pool, a lack of continuing education... The all-inclusive is crap, you can't order for you and your partner, you both have to go and order. The buffet, apart from being very scarce, the quality is terrible, wait until you have an upset stomach. then where you leave your suitcases is constantly open, they can easily rob you. The apartment wait until you have a good backache with those super soft mattresses and every two days they make the room, I laugh at it, they sweep over it, put towels on it and make the bed on top, you can't even notice.
Cuando llegas te dan la información mínima y ahí empiezan los problemas: preguntamos que si llegamos con cena ,la salida con comida pues 3 trabajadores dijeron que no.Vino un encargado y nos dijo que si peleando un buen rato .En la piscina del bar no hay normas,se puede fumar hasta en el agua ,beber,te dan con las pelotas de rugby y no pasa nada,colchonetas a tope no puedes ni entrar a la piscina,una falta de educación continua..El todo incluido una mierda,no puedes pedir para ti y tú pareja ,tenéis que ir los dos a pedir.El buffet a parte de ser muy escaso ,la calidad es pésima,espera a estar mal del estómago.luego donde dejas las maletas está continuamente abierto,te pueden robar fácilmente.
El apartamento espera a tener un buen dolor de espalda con esos colchones super blandos y cada dos días hacen la habitación,me río de eso,pasan barren por encima ponen toallas y hacen la cama por encima,vamos que no se nota.

The buffet food was very bad, no variety, everything was canned. The truth is that I will not go back because the food was terrible, the breakfast didn't even have colacao or similar for the children... In the middle of August, they ran out of ice cream and we were almost 2 days without it... food of very very low quality... the all-inclusive bar was open from 2pm to 5pm, I don't consider that to be all-inclusive, and the desserts at the hotel bar were not included in the all-inclusive option... The room was nice, but the furniture was quite neglected and old.
La comida del buffet muy mal ,sin variedad,todo de lata,la verdad que no voy a repetir, porque la comida fatal,, el desayuno ni colacao o similar para los niños,..
En pleno agosto, se acabaron los helados y casi 2 días sin ellos estuvimos,, ,,, comida de muy muy baja calidad ,,,el todo incluido en el bar tenía un horario de 2 de la tarde a 5 de la tarde,, no considero que eso sea todo incluido, y los postres del bar del hotel no entraban en dicha opción de todo incluido..
La habitación estaba curiosa , pero los muebles bastante descuidados y viejos

The hotel in this offer used to be the Lauria in Tarragona every year… the change is drastic… from a spectacular hotel to apartments that are frankly dreadful.

The apartments are very old. The first one we were given wasn’t clean — sheets and towels on the floor. They gave us another one. The cleaning was fine. But they are dated, worn and poorly maintained. The area around the aparthotel was not pleasant.
