I think it could use a thorough maintenance. The shower brackets were loose, there were cracks in the dining room wall—minor details that don't bother me, but with proper upkeep they would be fixed. These are the kinds of things that unnecessarily lower the rating and make it look bad.

On the day of arrival, we found a roll AND A HALF of toilet paper that had been torn off... A real nonsense. The justification after calling reception was: the hotel was full and it must have been left to the cleaning service. Of course I will not repeat or recommend it.

Pero , en esta ocasión, nada recomendable, hicimos una reserva para 2 adultos y un niño de 2 años y medio. En primer lugar, no tenían cuna, por lo que tuvimos que comprar una cuna de viaje para que mi hijo pudiese dormir, ya que el apartamento solo dispone de una cama, en segundo lugar, tuve que solicitar por cada día de la estancia toallas para los 3, ya que solo me dejaban para los dos adultos. Tuve también que reclamar que por favor, nos tirasen la basura e incluso llamar a las 18h de la tarde para que nos arreglasen la habitación, después de estar todo el día fuera de casa. El día de la llegada, nos encontramos con un rollo Y MEDIO de papel higienico empezado....Un auténtico despropósito. La justificación tras llamar a recepción fue: el hotel ha estado al completo y se le habrá pasado al servicio de limpieza. Por supuesto no repetiré ni lo recomendaré.
