          The rooms were spacious but lacked furniture — for example, a bedside table with drawers or a larger wardrobe — and the bathroom had a very small bathtub... they should either install a shower tray or a bigger bathtub. It’s really uncomfortable.

          The friendliness of the reception staff. The rooms are adequate for the price. If you’re only there to sleep, shower and have breakfast, I’d definitely recommend it. Another big advantage is that, although they have free private car park, you can park right outside and there were always spaces available.

          If I had to mention something, I'd say the buffet lacked sweet breakfast options, for chocolate lovers for example. For the toast, the bread selection is very complete, but there could be more variety of cold cuts.

          The girl who welcomed us on the day we arrived at the hotel (Tuesday 18 at midday) was absolutely charming, explaining everything about how to get around the area; she even pulled up the information in Spanish to make sure what she was telling us was correct.

          The holiday to the winery is not a real winery visit: you cannot go inside, you only take part in a tasting. And the hotel is far from Porto, although there is public transport to get you there; even so, you’ll miss out on things, and it’s not conveniently located for a short rest.

          The hotel was very clean and peaceful. It’s set outside Porto; we chose to go by bus — it takes about 45 minutes. The bus stops just behind the hotel, number 700. It drops you in Porto at the market. It runs all day and also at night, although after midnight it’s called 7M and stops in a different street than during the day.
          El hotel estaba muy limpio, tranquilo. Apartado de Oporto, nosotros optamos por ir en bus , tarda unos 45 minutos. El bus que tiene la parada Justo detrás del hotel, el número 700. Te deja en Oporto en en el mercado. Circula todo el día y también durante la noche, solo q a partir de las 24h se llama 7M y tiene la parada en una calle diferente al día.

          I only had breakfast and that was fine. I can't say about the other meals. The hotel staff were very good; I had an incident with a member of the housekeeping team and they handled it very well.
