          Not honoring their Cancellation policy
          I attempted to request a refund, from Amimir, following their cancellation policy, and they did not process it in a timely basis and I am now being refused what I am entitled too. They attempted to provide me with a few explanations as to why I was not entitled to a refund, which I quickly proved to them not to be true, and then they finally admitted that they did not submit my request to cancel, when I first contacted them, and thus I am no longer eligible for my refund. I am paying for their mistake, which is not right and they are refusing to make it right with their customer.

          Deceptive practices

          When I arrived at the hotel I was told they had no booking under my name that I must be looking for a different hotel with a similar name. When I arrived at the address they suggested, there was no hotel at all. I suggest avoiding this hotel. However - when I contacted Amimir's customer service they were friendly, understanding and appeared ready to make it right.
