Excellent
Excellent, recently-renovated hotel, just a 5 minute walk from Dove Park and the old town area. I had two bookings as I was breaking my stay with an overnight trip to Valencia. The hotel kindly kept my luggage while I was away. I was given a huge room with balcony and sea view on the 6th floor. Such a comfortable bed and an amazing shower room. Lots of storage and space. Stayed full board. Excellent choice of food which changed from day to day. Two speedy lifts serving all floors. Friendly staff throughout the hotel from reception to restaurant and cleaners. The availability of the rooftop pool (spotless, with great city views) leads me to think that this hotel deserves a 4* rating! Wonderful experience from start to finish. Can't wait to return.

Good location, near beach. Food is okay.
The hygiene in the hotel is bad, especially in the restaurant where there are dirty glasses and plates. The rooms are not well cleaned, there are stains on the towels and bedding. Hotel is full of pensioners, it is not recommended for younger people. No refrigerator in the room. For this money you can find a better hotel. I would not come here again.

We've been staying here for several years now and we'll be back. It's pet-friendly and we really like the hotel.

It's very quiet. There should be more of a party on weekends and holidays like Christmas. Also, they've changed the dinner hours, and now you have to be finished by 21:30h...
Tiene muy poca animacion. en fin de semana tendria que haber mas y en fechas como Navidad. Tambien que han cambiado el horario de las cenas y que a las 21.30 ya tengas que haber cenado....

The hotel is very close to the beach, and the staff is very friendly, especially the cleaning ladies. As soon as we told them we needed something quickly, they would take care of it.

The pool is dirty and hot most days, most of the sun loungers are broken so you can't use them, our room was right in front of the kitchen ceiling and once at 6 in the morning we heard very loud music coming from there and it prevented us from sleeping, the buffet was good, but somewhat repetitive.
