About the accommodation

This apartment complex is located on the third line of buildings from the beach about 400 meters from Levante beach in Benidorm, 100 m from the nearest public transport stops. Guests will find the nearest restaurant just 200 m away and bars and pubs as well as shops, 300 m. Alicante is 40 km. Renovated in 2009, it has a total of 10 apartments. Among the services included no elevator and a garage. Younger guests will enjoy the playground. All one bedroom apartments have entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a terrace. They are equipped with flat-screen TV, safe, cooker, microwave and tea / coffee. In addition, all units come with washing machine, ironing set and air conditioning and heating as standard. Each apartment has its own underground parking. The resort provides a large (heated in winter) pool, with parasols, gardens, tennis courts and 3 paddle courts. Golfers can play a round at the nearby course, just 8 km. Additionally, you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the nearby sandy beach.
