This apartment is located on a hill in the area of Rincon de Loix. It is a fairly quiet setting, just 300 meters from shops, restaurants, banks, etc. Levante Beach is 800 meters away. Alicante airport is about 65 km away and Murcia-San Javier Airport is approximately 128 km. Valencia Airport is about 148 km. The apartment hotel building consists of only 8 floors. It has a total of 28 apartments and guests may make use of the relaxation area. Each apartment has a bedroom with 2 single beds. They can accommodate up to 4 people and have a kitchenette (with fridge, cooker and tea / coffee making facilities), living room with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom (with shower and bath) and a terrace. On reaching a statue, turn left and 400 m ahead on the right, the agency is between Caixa and Banco Popular.
