The staff is unrivalled. I would especially like to highlight the dining room service. With everything they have and what they encounter on a daily basis, I don't know how they are able to always have that smile. El personal no tiene competencia. Destacar sobre todo el servicio de comedor. Con todo lo que tienen y lo que se encuentran en el día a día no sé como son capaces de tener siempre esa sonrisa. Ana, Manolo y todos los que no sé o no recuerdo el nombre ... enhorabuena por vuestra generosidad. Y enhorabuena al hotel por contar con vosotros

This is my second time at this hotel. I loved it the first time, but this time I've seen some things that could be improved: - One machine in the gym works, one out of three, and that's if you don't have to plug it in - The second day the pool table "broke" and it wasn't repaired for at least three days - Apparently they allow pets (I couldn't be more in favour) but I think there's a lack of a procedure to avoid situations like two desperate little dogs in the room because their owners were gone all day - They charge for the safe (really?), they charge a lot for car park, and I didn't ask about the pillows... which I suppose were also - The beds: two singles in a double room: TERRIBLE, very uncomfortable and not even in my military days was I ever more uncomfortable on a bunk bed. And the pillows... at home I would have thrown them away. I really am never exaggerating and I repeat that I don't remember anything like this two seasons ago in the same hotel. I would like to go back, but I would also like to find improvements. It really is constructive criticism... otherwise I wouldn't even bother commenting on it.
El segunda vez que acudo a este hotel. La primer vez me encantó, esta vez he visto cosas muy mejorables:
- El gimnasio funciona una máquina de cada tres y eso si no la tienes que conectar a la corriente
- El segundo día se "estropeó" el billar y ya no se reparo en al menos tres días
- Por lo visto dejan tener mascotas (no puedo estar más a favor) pero creo que falta un procedimiento para evitar situaciones como dos perritos desesperados en la habitación porque sus dueños se fueron todo el día
- Cobran por la caja fuerte (¿de verdad?), por el parking una pasada, y ya no pregunté por las almohadas ... que supongo también
- Las camas: dos individuales en habitación doble: NEFASTAS, muy incómodas y ni en mis tiempos de mili en un camastro estuve más incómodo. Y las almohadas ... en mi casa ya las hubiese tirado
De verdad que nos soy nunca exagerado y vuelvo a decir que no recuerdo nada de esto dos temporadas atrás en el mismo hotel.
Me gustaría volver, pero también me gustaría encontrar mejoras. De verdad que es crítica constructiva .. sino, ni molestaría en comentarlo.

Unfortunately on the third day we were there, on August 3rd, in the dining room where customers entering are checked, my husband's purse was stolen with various cash, the phone he works with, documents and ATMs, we spent the remaining 7 nightmare days, with the non-existent Italian consulate and the fear that my husband would not be allowed on the plane, we asked the hotel for a small compensation or if it could grant us a sum of money to let us spend the holiday also having a little girl, l.unics thing that they gave us water and wine gtatis with meals, the reception staff was always very helpful but unfortunately the holiday started well and continued very badly, this has never happened to us in all the villages we have been to and various hotels that could come stole something right in the dining room where women and men, as evidenced by the photos we took, hung their bags on the chairs as there is a buffet and therefore we have to get up to eat . Everything I'm telling you is obviously written in detail in the complaint made to the Benidorm police that when we were there, having viewed the footage from the hotel camera, they informed us that they had seen whoever took the purse, but for privacy we could be told . Purtroppo il terzo giorno che eravamo lì, il 3 agosto, nella sala da pranzo dove vengono controllati i clienti che entrano è stato rubato il borsello di mio marito con diversi contanti , telefono con cui lui lavora , documenti e bancomat, abbiamo trascorso i restanti 7 giorni da incubo , con il consolato italiano inesistente e la paura che mio marito non venisse fatto salire sull aereo , abbiamo chiesto all hotel un piccolo risarcimento ovvero se poteva accordarci una somma di denaro per farci trascorrere la vacanza avendo anche una ragazzina, l.unics cosa che ci hanno dato acqua e vino gtatis ai pasti , Il personale della reception è stato sempre molto disponibile ma purtroppo la vacanza partita bene è continuata malissimo , non ci è mai successo in tutti i villaggi in cui siamo stati e vari hotel che potesse venir rubato qualcosa proprio nella sala da pranzo dove donne e uomini come testimoniano le foto da noi scattate appendevano le borse nelle sedie in quanto .c è il.buffet e quindi dobbiamo alzarci per poter mangiare . Tutto quello che sto raccontando è ovviamente scritto in maniera dettagliata nella denuncia fatta presso la polizia di Benidorm che nel momento in cui eravamo lì avendo visionato i filmati della telecamera dell hotel ci hanno informati di aver visto chi aveva preso il borsello , ma per privacy non ci poteva essere detto . Ad oggi non ci sono chiare tante cose , se non fosse successo tutto ciò credo che avremmo trascorso una bella vacanza perché nell hotel ci siamo trovati subito bene , ma trovarsi lì senza soldi in quanto io non avevo portato il mio portafoglio con le varie carte ma solo i documenti è stato un disastro, per fortuna eravamo con mia sorella che ci ha dato 200 euro ma se non ci fosse stata lei ? A voi la risposta .

The only drawback is that the room was big enough as a family room, but quite simple in furniture and with little space for suitcases and clothes if we are more than two people. And what is negative was the door of the rooms that in several of them did not fit and the interior light was seen from the outside, and vice versa.
La unica pega es que la habitación era suficientemente grande como habitación familiar, pero bastante sencilla en mobiliario y con poco espacio para maletas y ropa si somos más de dos personas.
Y lo es negativo era la puerta de las habitaciónes que en varias de ellas no encajaban y se veia la luz interior desde fuera, y a la inversa.
