The apartment complex is located near the Avda. Del Mediterraneo, beside Hotel Don Pancho, just 200 meters from Levante beach in Benidorm, surrounded by many services, restaurants, supermarkets and 65 km from Alicante airport. Renovated in 2005, this hotel features a terrace, and 24 rooms, of which 8 have one bedroom and 16 have 2; and offer concierge to meet customer arrivals (from 17.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs) and a lift. The apartments have a living room, kitchen, bathroom, TV, safe and terrace. The apartments have one bedroom with two beds and in the living room, a sofa bed for 2 people. Those who have 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each and, in the living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. It has a swimming pool outdoors. On the beach sun loungers and parasols available for an additional fee.
