Muchos registros y horas de aeropuerto, tanto la ida como a la vuelta.Desde buscounchollo no sabíais informarnos telefónicamente de nada, y justos a la hora de mandarnos el número de vuelo, eso debería estar facilitado mucho antes sobre todo en vuelos internacionales que tienes que hacer un registro y ya lo deberíamos haber llevado hecho o haberlo hecho vosotros que muchas agencias lo hacen. Nos informáis muy mal diciéndonos que nos teníamos que hacer una PCR para ir y en aquel momento no era necesario. Nos dijisteis que no nos daban de comer en el avión nada, ni agua en 9 horas de avión y no era cierto . Fatal no habernos informado de que había algas en el mar y nos fue totalmente imposible bañarnos en la playa del hotel. La información la de la recepción del hotel un caos depende con quién hablaras así te informaban.

Lo que incluye el pack es tal y como se indica, todo lo que se menciona es incluido (vuelo + transporte al hotel ida/vuelta + hotel todo incluido + vuelo de vuelta). Además una vez estás ahí te recomiendan actividades o excursiones para hacer.
There are several things I didn't like: 1) MOST IMPORTANT: !!!! The insurance included in the holiday does NOT cover anything related to extending the holiday due to COVID. I got COVID and had to extend my stay by 10 days and change my flight. You end up paying for the flight change + extra stay. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS because in the end cheap is expensive and I had to leave about 1000 euros extra (which would have been less if I could have hired a better insurance, but you can not choose any of the insurance in the package). 2) The beach is full of seaweed, nobody cleans the private beach of the resort, so you better find a way to go to other beaches if you want to enjoy them. 3) The bedrooms are horrible, they changed my room 4 times because in the first one the toilet didn't work, the second one was infested with mosquitoes and the third one the room phone didn't work. Doesn't anyone check the bedrooms? 4) The food at the hotel is the same every day, you end up a bit fed up with the same thing every time.
Hay varias cosas que no me gustaron: 1) LO MÁS IMPORTANTE!!!! El seguro incluido en el viaje NO cubre nada relacionado con extender el viaje por COVID. Yo me contagié de COVID y tuve que alargar mi estancia estar 10 días y cambiar mi vuelo. Tienes que terminar pagando tú el cambio de vuelo + estancia extra. CUIDADO CON ESTO ya que al final lo barato sale caro y me tuve que dejar aproximadamente 1000 euros extra (que hubiesen sido menos si pudiera haber contratado un seguro mejor, pero no puedes elegir nada del seguro en el pack). 2) La playa llenísima de algas, nadie limpia la playa privada del resort, por lo que mejor que te busques una forma de ir a otras playas si las quieres disfrutar. 3) Las habitaciones son horribles, me cambiaron 4 veces de habitación porque en la primera no funcionaba el retrete, la segunda estaba infestada de mosquitos y la tercera no funcionaba el teléfono de la habitación. ¿Acaso nadie revisa las habitaciones? 4) La comida del hotel es la misma cada día, acabas un poco harto de lo mismo siempre.
