Disappointing
We arrived and weren't checked in until 3:00 PM. We went to leave the car in a car park lot and they didn't offer to leave our luggage there. Then we had to walk over 500 metres with our suitcases to the hotel (very bad). The rooms were very dirty. In the bathroom, the toilet bowl was right up against the sink (a large person couldn't fit). We went two days without towels; we asked for them and they brought them up almost at night (they weren't needed anymore), and some were torn (everything was a disaster). The breakfast was just okay. The reception staff were three women, two of them sour and grumpy, except for the younger one. Everything was a disaster.
Llegamos y no nos hicieron el checkin hasta las tres, fuimos a dejar el coche a un parking y no nos ofrecieron dejar las maletas allí. Luego más de 500 metros andando con las maletas al hotel ( muy mal ). Las habitaciones muy sucias. En el baño la taza del wáter pegada al lavabo ( una persona grande no entra ). Estuvimos dos días sin toallas, las pedimos y las subían casi a la noche ( no hacían falta ya ) y algunas rotas ( un desastre todo ). Desayuno normalito. Recepción de las tres señoras, dos de ellas agrias y avinagradas, menos la joven. Un desastre todo.

Very good
The hotel is fine, nothing special. We only stayed one night and I have nothing bad to say. The mattress was comfortable; the only thing was the pillow was perhaps too high (but that’s a personal opinion). The destination had everything.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, but at 4:00 PM they give us a room that isn't clean or ready for us. They move us to another room that smelled awful of damp. One of the worst places I've ever been in Gijón.

The hotel couldn’t be better located for seeing the city, the staff are very friendly and I found the breakfast very good. The beds are very large and comfortable.
El hotel no puede estar mejor situado para ver la ciudad , el personal es muy amable y el desayuno me ha parecido muy bueno. Las camas muy amplias y cómodas.
The bathrooms are a bit old-fashioned and the rooms could do with net curtains. They have curtains but they let no light through.

The location is exceptional, the breakfast for a three-star hotel is fine, and one of the rooms was extraordinarily large.

One of the double rooms was very small, and there was a faint smell of food on the fourth floor — bearable but noticeable.

The hotel's location is perfect. The room was clean and a decent size for a couple of days' stay.

The dining room staff are not professional. On the first day the dining room wasn’t set up for breakfast on time. All the machines were turned off — bottle warmers, coffee machine, toaster... They had only put out the pastries and hadn’t even provided tongs to pick things up without touching them by hand. On the second day the same staff held a fairly loud conversation about what was on the TV and chose to play very loud Latin music.

Centrally located hotel next to the town hall, San Lorenzo beach and the tapas area.
Car Park in the area is paid.
The staff were very kind and pleasant.
We were able to stay with our pet and access all areas except the dining room.
The room was very clean and cosy with all amenities except a fridge.
A great hotel to return to, except for the car park issue.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. In a neighbourhood with lots of shops, bars and a lively atmosphere.

I don't think the hotel deserves three stars; it's very basic in terms of decor. We went with friends and had three rooms, none of them the same—even though we all paid the same and they were on the same booking. Cleanliness was so-so and breakfast was adequate, lacking something hot like eggs. Fine for a couple of nights, but I wouldn't recommend it.
El hotel no creo que merezca tres estrellas, está muy justito respecto a decoración . Fuimos con amigos y tuvimos tres habitaciones y ninguna igual. A pesar que todos pagamos lo mismo y entraban todas en la misma reserva previa. Limpieza relativa y desayuno correcto ,faltando algo caliente como huevos. Para pasar un par de noches suficiente,pero no lo recomendaría.
