When we arrived our booking was not included in their program, after a while they assigned us a room and when we got up there were people inside. They changed our room again and everything was fine. At breakfast at 8:30 a lot of people gathered and everything was over very quickly and there was only one person restocking, so restocking was slow.
Al llegar no constaba nuestra reserva en su programa, al cabo de un rato nos asignaron una habitacion y al subir habia gente dentro. Nos cambiaron otra vez de habitacion y todo bien. En el desayuno a las 8:30 se acumuló mucha gente y todo se acababa muy rápido y solo había una persona reponiendo, con lo cual reponía lento.

Too hot in the room, we had to sleep with the window open in the middle of winter (which is why I didn't give the maximum score in the room section). Pillow could be improved (on the other hand, the mattress was very good). The location of the reception could be improved (it was in the building opposite and not very suitable.
Demasiada calor en la habitación, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta en pleno invierno (el el motivo por el que no he puesto la máxima puntuación en el apartado de la habitación).
Almohada mejorable (en cambio el colchón estaba muy bien).
Mejorable la ubicación de la recepción (estaba en el edificio de en frente y no muy adecuada.

Rooms: We took the standard, quite good for the 2 stars that the hotel has (we are going to ski, not to enjoy the comforts of a hotel). Hotel services: We had no problems, the bar was open when we needed it. Half board theme: breakfasts: very varied, no complaints; Dinner: if you go to the Vall d'Aneu hostel (in front of the hotel) you eat quite well, at least what I ordered, my colleagues had some problem, if you want to have dinner at the hotel you have to ask for availability, since there are fewer tables and Less staff, although Mr. Javier makes up for that deficiency with great professionalism. I must add that if you dine at the hotel, half board covers 18 euros per person, whatever exceeds that amount must be paid separately. At dinner at the hostel we did not have to pay any extra (we only had to pay for drinks such as beer, soft drinks) Cleaning: Rooms and hotel in general clean, in fact the first day they did not need to be cleaned. All right. Staff: Efficient staff, especially Mr. Javier, an endearing guy without a doubt. Quality/price ratio: Excellent! To tell the truth, I don't know why it doesn't have a star more seen in these parts.
Habitaciones: Cogimos la estándar, bastante bien para las 2 estrellas que tiene el hotel (vamos a esquiar, no a disfrutar de las comodidades de un hotel).
Servicios del hotel: Nosotros no tuvimos problemas, el bar estaba abierto cuando lo necesitamos. Tema media pensión: desayunos: muy variado, sin quejas; cena: si vas al hostal vall d´aneu (enfrente del hotel) se come bastante bien, al menos lo que pedí yo, mis compañeros tuvieron alguna pega, si quieres cenar en el hotel tienes que pedir disponibilidad, ya que son menos mesas y menos personal, aunque el señor Javier suple esa deficiencia con mucha profesionalidad. He de añadir que si cenáis en el hotel, la media pensión cubre 18 euros por persona, lo que excedáis de ese importe hay que abonarlo aparte. En la cena del hostal no tuvimos que pagar ningún añadido (sólo tuvimos que abonar las bebidas tipo cerveza, refrescos)
Limpieza: Habitaciones y hotel en general limpios, de hecho el primer día no hizo falta que entraran a limpiar. Todo correcto.
Personal: Personal eficiente, sobretodo el señor Javier, un tipo entrañable sin duda.
Relación calidad/precio: ¡Excelente! a decir verdad no sé porqué no tiene alguna estrella más visto lo visto por estos lares.
