The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Shameful since we entered, first of all there is no car park upon arrival, leave things at the door and more than 30 minutes to find, in the end about a kilometer to find where to park.

El peor hotel en el que hemos estado. Vergonzoso desde que entramos, lo primero no hay aparcamiento nada más llegar, deje las cosas en la puerta y más de 30 minutos para encontrar, al final cerca de un kilómetro para encontrar donde aparcar.
En segundo lugar entramos a la habitación y una porquería, sucio, un pintor pintando el techo de la terraza, termino nada más llegar pero el olor a pintura con un bebé no se podía soportar. Después la habitación contratamos una doble estándar, no una con tres camas individuales que no se podía ni entrar de lo pequeña y con tanta cama. Lo digo en recepción y la contestación es que es lo que hay que si quiero una de matrimonio son 15 euros más por noche no era lo que había contratado. Le pido la hoja de reclamaciones y como se puso tan chulo lo incluí en ella y ya es cuando dijo espera vanos a cambiarte y nos pasaron a una de matrimonio medio decente.
En la otra habitación una de las toallas con un rachazo del culo y se supone que era de las limpias.
Ha la hora de cenar nos dicen que por covid nos toca cenar a las 7 de la tarde hablamos con el restaurante y nos dijeron que no pasaba nada que de 7 a 10 está abierto. Llegamos a las 9 y media una hora medio normal en verano para cenar creo yo, pues en plancha solo quedaba pechugas de pollo y el resto era pasta y tres tipos de carnes malísimas literalmente tres ya está eso es el buffet de este hotel que ganas de salir de aquí la primera vez que llegó a un hotel y quiero largarme de aquí.

The car park is another abuse, 12 € per day, in short ... this summer we have been as a family with three children in the Best Roquetas, Roc Golf Trinidad de Roquetas and Bahía Serena also in Roquetas and I have to say that there is no possible comparison, it's a shame, I only take the consolation of the beach which is wonderful, I will not return to this Medplaya Bali ever.

Pues todo lo demás, el señor de recepción un impresentable, la habitación una auténtica pocilga que no habían limpiado en bastante tiempo con un olor a tabaco insoportable y plagada de mosquitos, las medidas de seguridad sanitarias por el covid 19 simplemente no existen, se limitan a un dispensador de gel hidroalcoholico en la entrada del hotel y otro en la planta baja a la altura del ascensor pero en todo el finde no lo han rellenado, en el restaurante ni guantes ni nada de nada, cuando se quedaba libre una mesa no la desinfectaban ni las sillas tampoco, solo cambian el mantel de papel superior y listo... El parking es otro abuso, 12€ diarios, en fin...este verano hemos estado en familia con tres niños en el Best Roquetas, Roc Golf Trinidad de Roquetas y en el Bahía Serena también de Roquetas y tengo que decir que no hay comparación posible, es una pena, solo me llevo el consuelo de la playa que es una maravilla, no volveré a este Medplaya Bali nunca.
